Even their jewelry is designed to fit a more thicker wrist and finger and shoes for wider feet. Other notes: Sizes 12-26/28, but they are marked as 0-5. For instance size 0 is a 10/12, size 1 is a 14/16 and so on. Located on the 2nd floor across from Forever 21. The hot pink torrid card is great for savings. Helpful staff, Katie is a sweetheart. But this shop has a few issues that keep me from being completely over the top in love. First, the inventory is totally unpredictable. One week I can go in and get a gorgeous gown for a fancy event, and then the next week all I can find are hot neon t-shirts with stupid phrases. I've seen one rack of dresses there for over a month, but if I want something I know just came out in the lookbook, I have a better chance finding it online. The sales are great but also mean you have to time your shopping since you would be out of pocket a whole lotta cash if you pay full price. Its easy to never pay full if you have any wiggle room for your purchases.

It was shortly after 8pm on a Wednesday and I had been at the mall since about 6. I live and work in Worcester and drove straight to the mall after work. I had been to countless stores trying to find a cute white dress, but no luck. On my walk out, I passed by this Windsor store and it caught my eye - there were tons of cute clothes. I had never heard of the brand before, but decided to go in. I had been in the store for only two minutes and already had 3 different items in my hands to try on. At this point, an employee approached me, looked at the items in my hands, and said "just so you know, our fitting rooms close in 5 minutes." Mind you it was like 8:10/8:15pm at this point and the store itself doesn't close until 9. I looked back at the employee confused and said "what...? I wanted to try these on and I'm not done looking...Nevermind I guess?" The girl just shrugged me off and said "yeah, sorry." On top of "closing the fitting rooms" almost a whole hour before your store closes just being a flat out ridiculous policy and practice, there was just no attempt on the employees end to help me out. It really stinks because I was intrigued by the clothes. I didn't even get a third of the way through your store and already had 3 things ready to try on! Won't be shopping there again. I'll shop somewhere where they let me try on clothes when the store is open.

Now, with that said, I enjoy shopping in a store with great customer service... greeting without being overwhelmed with a pushy sales associate.... but I find the staff here is very focused on "the purchasing customers." I was looking for a particular item... no one even tried to locate the pants ... no one offered me a dressing room with an arm full of items I had to ask. I love Chico's clothes and have a closet full of fabulous outfits that will last for years. The classic style or even the trending items will last forever. I just found that this store isn't what is considered Chico's standard of customer service. As a former manager, it makes me sad to see a brick and mortar miss the opportunity to be a fun plan to shop...I might as well shop online.

I went to Talbot's with my mom for mother's day so she could buy something nice. We were greeted by a Roya was could not have been more helpful to my mom. She helped finding sizes and was so patient during what usually is a stressful time for my mom in trying on clothes. I was truly impressed by this fantastic sales associate. I would otherwise have no reason to review a woman's clothing store but that I was touched by how helpful Roya was in assisting my mother. She left having found some nice outfits and felt really great about the experience she had. I'm glad we did not have the same experience as the previous reviewer.
