They will deliver and set it up this coming weekend. Brungot Farms made our first Christmas tree shopping experience a precious memory. Along with receiving exceptional customer service, they role modeled behaviors that keep their customers and staff safe during this COVID-19 pandemic (see their website for details). They answered all my tree questions and provided clear instructions, which made me feel more confident to care for our first Christmas tree. It is also a blessing to be part of their "do good" community outreach efforts. For example, $5 from the purchase of the beautiful wreath for our front door went towards feeding Texas families during this holiday season. Keith worked around my busy schedule, answered my late-night questions by text, and made sure I understood the scope of work. The job took several visits, and Eva coordinated each one by email, answering questions and rescheduling a few times when life got in the way. Jose and his crew did a great job cleaning everything out, installing the new downspout, and putting on the guards. Kevin came back a few days later to clean out the drain. The best part was that I didn't have to be home for any of it. The crews just needed access to the property and did everything while I was at work. When they finished, they sent photos of the completed work and offered to walk me through it. Shortly after Kevin left, we got a heavy rain, and I got to see everything working as it should. I'll be using Gutter Tex again.
