I had…read morea botched surgery from another clinic that I went to in boulder and he did his absolute best to give me what I wanted no matter how many surgeries it would take. He didn't charge me the second time because he wanted to get me what I wanted no matter what. He cares for his patients is quick about it and talks you through everything. The nurses are lovely and always helpful, and I have never had a bad experience here. I am so glad I was recommended to this clinic by a friend who went to Dr Wolf for a gyno surgery. It looks amazing now and I'm recovering now, super happy and excited to see how it heals! The only thing I will say is that the front desk is very 50/50. I told them my nipple was possibly necrotic and they did everything in their power to not help me. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're awful. This time I had to call over 10 times after being hung up on and told to remove stefi strips myself one day after surgery, just to get someone from the staff to contact Dr Steinwald, which once he heard he immediately called me in. I find the cherry creek front desk staff are usually way worse than the golden front desk.

The first few times there were…read more6-10 cars ahead of me in the drive-through and due to commitments I had to leave (because the last time I picked up a prescription through the drive through I was the only one in line and was made to wait 20 minutes). Went back again this morning only to find a handmade sign in the window that read, "The Pharmacy is currently closed today due to pharmacist callout. Sorry for the trouble!" Then, 10 minutes later on my drive home, I received an automated call from Walgreens stating that my prescriptions are ready but that the pharmacy is closed. I called and spoke with someone at this Walgreens location who told me to go to another Walgreens (wait in line, etc.) to ask if my prescriptions could be transferred and filled. NO! I think Walgreens has wasted enough of my time and has caused enough TROUBLE! This is par for the course in Colorado...standards are so low here it's near impossible to write positive reviews for anyone or anything. I hope the people who support this incompetence, ineptitude and unprofessionalism are really happy with themselves...it's only going to get worse. Nobody cares about anything and hardworking people suffer.
