I said that i had the right date as shown on my appointment reminder card. The manager, Ryan, asked to see the appt. card. I told him i would bring it on my next visit. When I showed him the card on my next visit, i told him i did not appreciate his doubting my word or calling me a liar. Instead of being courteous, gracious and professional, he started to argue with me and debate what was said. He then started to walk away from me, and i said i wasn't done we were having a conversation. He said he wasn't going back and forth, and that I came at him and not to expect him to take it. I asked to speak to his manager, I was told he was the manager, I asked for his boss. He walked away and then came back, I told him i wanted to speak with someone else. He had my therapist come speak with me. She is excellent, professional, capable and courteous. I was under the impression that she was going to have her boss call me. I heard nothing. I was made to feel embarrassed and humiliated. This is not a path towards health and well being. Unprofessional, Rude, Argumentative, Discourteous, and Condescending.

She spends the entire session one on one with you and basically fixes the way your body works...like a mechanic for the body. It is hard to explain but it is just amazing! I have been seeing her for several weeks and I have noticed a significant drop in my pain level. I am now taking less pain meds and moving and functioning better.
