Uncertain of our next move we put out the word for a second option. From Dallas, Dr. Sun took an immediate interest in my sons concerns. Within hours she had reviewed his information and was giving our family immediate measures to take. He was admitted to the hospital the next day. I just wanted to tell everyone how much I appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, courtesy, and mannerisms. Everyone was attentive, polite, and friendly. They made me feel at ease and they explained the process every step of the way. I was made to feel very comfortable during what could easily be anticipated as a high-stress procedure. The waiting lobby is comfortably furnished and they have complimentary bottles of water. On each day and at halfway through my appointments, I was sent out to eat a fatty meal which helps the chemicals show up during the scanning procedure. You'll find Whataburger, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Taco Cabana, and other restaurants within about a half mile, so you'll have plenty of choices and plenty of time to eat and return. When trying to understand the ongoing swelling in my leg, I attempted three separate times to schedule an appointment with the doctor. Each time, I was seen by a PA instead, without that being clearly communicated in advance. I was told it wasn't a significant concern and didn't need to be addressed. After seeking a second opinion from another vein specialist, I learned that the issue does, in fact, require further treatment and that the original treatment plan was not effective.

I got a call from someone in their office a week later asking for paperwork. I attempted to call the number back and had to go through the entire chain again in order to get to that person. I fortunately found out I no longer needed to go in and I called their office to cancel. I spoke with one person and gave her all of my information, she told me that she would cancel my appointment and I was good to go....except she never canceled my appointment and I got an email the following Monday asking me to confirm my appointment. I clicked cancel on the email, but wanted to make sure it actually got canceled, so I called them back to confirm. It took 2 admins and 15 mins on the phone for someone to send a message to the correct office asking them to cancel. I never got to see a doctor however I feel the 1 star is necessary in order to express how awful their admins are set up.
