I have now driven from Irving to this clinic twice in the past two weeks, only to be told both times that my appointment had been canceled -- with no explanation given and no prior notification. Each visit cost me a day of work, plus hours spent calling my employer's HR department and my insurance company to confirm my coverage. Both confirmed everything was accurate and active. The problem was never on my end. What makes this worse is that the clinic seemed to place the blame on me for their own cancellations, rather than taking any accountability or offering a solution. I understand that schedules change and issues come up, but canceling appointments last minute without notice and then pointing the finger at the patient is not acceptable -- especially for someone trying to establish a new patient relationship. I've lost time, wages, and patience over this. If you're new to the area and looking for a reliable primary care provider, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. You wait outside / in your car until they have an open room for you and then they text you. The moment you walk in you're taken to a closed off room. - Service: The service is very efficient! You fill out all paperwork in advance so you only go in for testing. They take your vitals and medical history after they swab you for a rapid test to speed up the 15 minute wait time. After your results are finished, one of the team members comes to discuss your results and whether or not you'd like to get a PCR test as well. - Pricing: Sinai takes many insurance plans (listed on their website) and you can call to confirm if you're unsure. Overall, Sinai is the most efficient COVID-19 testing I've experienced or heard of. You can make appointments up to 2 days in advance, but if they don't have any available keep refreshing their site and it's likely you'll come across a cancellation. I haven't been to their other locations, but I've heard equally good things about their Dallas location!

I took the first available spot in a jam packed garage and had to back up a couple of times to get my CRV in straight. Backing out was less of a problem although I had to pull my side mirror in to get clearance next to a pole. I do not know if there is other parking nearby.
