Unfortunately, my rating is tanked entirely by their billing department, which operates with severe red flags and potential medical billing fraud. After my visit, they executed an unauthorized credit card charge without prior notice, itemized consent, or providing a clear invoice first. Even worse, the amount charged was completely inconsistent with the contracted patient responsibility listed on my insurance EOB (Explanation of Benefits). Trying to get transparency or a resolution from their billing staff has been an absolute nightmare. A warning to future patients: The healthcare providers are great, but DO NOT leave your credit card on file with this front desk/billing department under any circumstances, or you risk unexpected, unauthorized deductions.

They made me feel at ease and they explained the process every step of the way. I was made to feel very comfortable during what could easily be anticipated as a high-stress procedure. The waiting lobby is comfortably furnished and they have complimentary bottles of water. On each day and at halfway through my appointments, I was sent out to eat a fatty meal which helps the chemicals show up during the scanning procedure. You'll find Whataburger, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Taco Cabana, and other restaurants within about a half mile, so you'll have plenty of choices and plenty of time to eat and return.
