This place is decent but an caucasian lady with short hair and glasses was super rude . We ask her for help since the card reader on the machine was not working she comes over with a what you want me to do attitude then when we realize the swiper was broken we tell her that she needed to put a sign on it so no one would waste their detergent on it she doesn't . If I could give this place no stars I would. Every time I have been there to wash I have a problem with the machines. They either don't read the card or when paying with quarters they get stuck and end up taking more quarters. Also I used the wash and fold and apparently my clothes was washed with someone else clothes because when I picked up I ended up with clothes that wasn't mine and I am currently missing clothes, and all the owner has to say is that it's facts I was given everything. read more

I wish could give 0 stars to this trash of a business!! They really don't deserve to operate like they do. Every time I step foot in this place something isn't working correctly. Whether it's the machines not operating or the Wi-Fi not working so your card gets declined. Then they want you to use their ATM (which charges a fee) to get cash just to turn around and get quarters out of another machine!! This is racketeering and not to speak of the major inconvenience of it all. And this isn't a one off issue l, if you check my page this has been a constant issue for YEARS! Went there today, half their machines are crap. The white lady with the glasses and long grey and white hair is rude as hell. I complained that their machine was eating my quarters. She comes over outs 3 more in when I already put 3 in that didn't work and then asks me " what do you want". ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING. Ask more nicely. I tell her that her machine is eating my quarters and she walks away after putting her coins and said she'll be back. After 5 min the machine went up to 30 something minutes after I was only at 4min. Then she comes back and assumes i wanted 30min. She told me as she was walking away and saying give the rest of the time to someone else. I interrupted her since she can't give me her time of day saying I didn't need that much time. She said then what do you want me to do. I told her I only needed 5 more min and your machine ate 3 quarters. I put in 3 quarters to test your machine out thinking I did something wrong. Then she says again what do you want you want your quarters back I said yes. And instead of giving me 2 and being rude she gives me 1 and just walks away again. And before that me and my fiancé were trying to tell her that one of her machines wasn't taking coins or card that wasn't on her broke list and she legit said oh just use card like we hadn't just told her it didn't want to work. She doesn't listen to what people say and walks away half in. And looks like she don't care and doesn't want to be there. Also if you read the rest of the reviews the place is just making excuses for the place and the staff and basically making it seam like everyone who has a bad time her is making shit up. Read the places reply's to other bad reviews. It's stupid and unprofessional how they reply. read more

Best cleanest place in town! I won't go anywhere else. Staff is friendly and helpful. Yes parking can be a bit of a hassle, but that is not the businesses fault as the city built the building and the lot. DO NOT use their wash and fold service. I've been bringing my laundry here for wash and fold for a little over 2 years. At first, the pricing, service and reliability was outstanding. My laundry would be done in a decent time frame, folded tightly and I would always get ALL of my clothes back. The last 3-4 times I have gotten my laundry back there have been clothes missing and clothes that were not mine, in my bag. On top of that, the clothes were folded so loosely or so sloppily (not even folded in half or folded over 3 times) that I had to refold them myself. Recently, I have lost over $200 worth of clothes. 3 pairs of $60 scrubs and a pair of jeans, not including the pair of jeans and pair of scrubs I got back with black marks all over them. When I left a voicemail stating what had happened (this wasn't the first time clothes had gone missing) the employee called my back and said she didn't remember seeing any scrubs but she would look and that they weigh everything before and after washing so there couldn't be anything missing. Which is an improvement from the first time this happened; I was told that I drop my laundry off at my own risk, even though there is no sign in the lobby that states this. So pretty much if an employee is being careless or wants to take anything of mine then I just have to deal with it. Yes, they do weigh laundry when receiving but they round up or down so the actual weight is not accurate. For example, when I dropped this load off the weight was around 17.84# and it got entered as 17.0#. Why would they have to "look around" when the clothes should have been in my bad to begin with. Also, I called the next evening about the clothes and this laundromat is very busy so I know that either someone took the clothes or they packed them into someone else's bag. You should not have to worry about dropping clothes off and not getting them back. The lack of oversight, refusal to compensate and accountability for the hundreds of dollars (this wasn't the first time things like this have happened) is the reason why I will not be using their service and I don't recommend anyone else does either. Unless of course you want random clothes packed into your bag or not receive all of the clothes you had dropped off. read more

She didn't inform me that the dryer was done and I was mad and I texted to her that it got me mad I went in to help her and she was sobbing and crying thinking I was going to be yelling at her. Well your employee came to her asking her like I hit her. What nerve she has. Then cusses at me for making my wife cry. I didn't make my wife do anything. I didn't raise my voice or nothing. Your employee needs to keep out of other people's marriages. There were enough men there, that if they knew heard or seen a problem they would be over As for her, I don't appreciate that. I do love this laundry mat. I will say today I was surprised how many dryers broken and at all the garbage laying around . They need a couple more garbage cans and someone to clean or sweep. I came to this laundromat before I had my washer/dryer installed and I had a pleasant experience. This laundromat is clean and there is always someone on duty to answer any of your questions or assist you in any way necessary. This laundromat offers various size washing machines and many one-size drying machines for a fair price. A bonus: on Tuesdays they have free drying but the crowds make it not worth coming in.... The larger washing machines tend to be pricey but they are worth it if you are on a time crunch. There is also Wi-Fi and a couple of vending machines at this location. There is private laundromat parking that makes it convenient for you to carry your laundry in and out. Overall, this laundromat is clean and sanitary, it is run efficiently and orderly. I recommend this laundromat to anyone that needs laundry services in The Manteca area. read more

The Spin Cycle Lounge is a great place to do laundry, but the parking is limited, so be prepared. Try and get there before 10am on Sunday's, that's when I'm usually there and when it gets busy. The staff keep the place clean and they're doing multiple things at the same time. It's funny to see that some people don't know how the laundry detergent pods work in the machines. I use the laundry place all the time and have never had a problem until tonight . It was a blazing 112 degrees today in Manteca and I was waiting for the weather to cool down so that I could comfortably do my laundry without passing out from heat exhaustion. I check the website to see what time the last load is and it's at 9PM, I get there around 8:38 PM only to be told that the last wash is at 8:30. Me and another customer were only 8 minutes late. The place closes at 10. You could easily wash and dry within an hour. The lady also had a very bad attitude and she always does regardless. She didn't even apologize for the confusion . She just shut the door on us. I am not impressed. I am very loyal customer to this laundromat and this lady sees me there all the time. Looks like I might have to take my business elsewhere. read more

It is not a 5-star laundry mat, but I will definitely say that if I need to come back.. I will! I do not like the small parking lot of this place and I really do not like that it is a one-way in and one-way out. We went in the wrong way. Oh well. Nobody got hurt. This was our first time at a laundromat. We only came to wash our comforters and pillows. We washed 3 loads at $5.50/ washer, with hot water on a heavy duty spin which took about 30 minutes each. I really liked the place it was clean and not dirty like other locations I've seen. There was a lady cleaning up and checking around which was great. The driers are free which we used the large ones and everything came out hot and super dry. Overall I liked the location downtown will come back in a few weeks again. read more

I have been to many laundromats and this one by far is my favorite in the county. It is clean, has tons of counter space, free WiFi, many NEW washers and dryers off all sizes that accept coins, debit card or a refillable laundry card, has tons of vending machines & even music playing on flat screen TVs around the location. The staff is friendly and very informative. The owner Mike is also in often and is very attentive to the quality of service they offer. If you ask me , there is no other laundromat that can compete! I recently started working cherry season and with us not having a washer and dryer decided to try out the laundry service here! The best! The first time I needed our laundry same day so was a touch pricey but we needed others so oh well! The next day took another load in didn't need so fast so much cheaper! I love that I can drop off our clothes and work and get some sleep and pick our clothes up all nicely folded and clean! Thanks so much for being the best...
