Love coming here it's more of the staff in particular the older lady that walks around miserable and rude all day. I normally don't leave reviews but this one didn't sit right with me this time. I come here a lot but avoid interaction with staff for this reason. This young girl was putting her clothes in the washer and the lady comes out of no where yelling at her. Another lady and I over heard how she handle the situation. The girl was sweet but had to yell back because of how the lady approach her. The lady goes to her " where do you people come from" seem racist.... This a public laundry mat. I had to check on the girl to make sure she was okay. I don't recommend washing here. I brought in six pillows, and they all came out with black stains. I informed the staff, but they said there wasn't much they could do about it. Very disappointing experience. read more

We are on a long road trip from Texas and staying at Glory Hole Recreational Area for a few days. Washing clothes and getting groceries were priority so Spin Cycle was in a perfect location, since it is located in the same strip center as SaveMart Grocery. A pharmacy is also located there as well as asian restaurant, so it pretty much marked off anything one needs while waiting for their clothes to get clean! When you walk in the washers are pretty much to the left and the dryers to the right, so very easy to navigate. What I appreciated is that the washers came in 4 different load sizes to choose from, and you could choose between credit or quarters- so helpful to have that option! The dryers came in several different sizes as well, but only took coins. They do have a change machine onsite. It was a busy place, and all machines were operational and it was very clean. They even had a nice sitting area in the back. I would recommend this place for checking all our boxes! read more

This will make you used the dryer MORE translating money to dry your clothes. In addition, dryers you must add quarters before dryer has 15 minutes otherwise it will not add time, and if the dryer has stopped you can add more time. I was able to retrieve my .50 cents from the attendant. BONUS: FREE PARKING attendant. Bathroom vending machine (laundry products, snacks, and Change credit card for washer and dryer ** if you are drawing big towels you're gonna need the hour plus and how thick your towels. The staff here are very good people that will assist you if needed and most of all their humor they all have when they talk to you as being your friend. I usually come here all the time and never had a problem until today there's this new staff she wears bandanas on her head she's on the heavy side I'm well aware of the rules here and i have been waiting for a washer to be done and it was left unattended in case of that you have to wait 15 minutes and let a staff know for them to remove the clothes as the rules of the spin cycle state after I waited I went to let the staff know and she told me "you should have let me know when I was out there" mind you when she was out getting clothes it wasn't even the 15 minutes how they tell us to wait if not they won't take it out she proceeds to tell me "you have to wait 15 minutes more for me to go" then I told her "your telling me I have to wait 30 minutes for you to get it" she then says "that's why you should have let me know when I was out there" i just said ok turned around and left this isn't the first time I have heard complaints about these older staff the younger one is so respectful and nice but these older lady's do to much hopefully they fire the bandana staff because that's no way of talking to someone that is bringing you business and making your paycheck do better spin cycle or your going to start loosing customers read more

Not sure how many stars I should I leave it's a laundry mat. This is the first laundry mat I have used since moving to Manteca we have our own washer/dryer in our home but I was needing to wash some bulky items that needed to be done in a bigger machine so the laundry-mat we go We found parking very easy right in front in their small parking lot this is a fairly big place plenty of machines they had 2 big 8 loaders one was in use when we arrived so we started our laundry in the one that was available waiting about 10 minutes for the other one to finish lucky the customer was there to u load as soon as the cycle was computed. I believe it was 13.75 a load for the big machines I could be wrong I just popped my coins in until they said I added enough quarters they also take credit cards here pay at the machines it sure how safe that is they also have some machine where you can purchase laundry cards I believe I'm new to this updated machines so I did have to ask for assistance on how to use the machines. I located the change machine and took my quarters the cycle was about 40 minutes they seem fairly new but also you can tell they do get alot I'd use it was not to crowded when we were there so I assume we went at a good time it was on a Thursday mid morning. You can also drop off your laundry here and they do it for you not sure of the cost I saw a few workers washing the dropped off laundry they have a few machines closed for them To use Only which was not an issue since they have plenty of machines to use. No issues expect our dryer door kept opening during the cycle. The dryers cost 1.75 to dry for 30 minutes I'm used to adding how many quarters I want to start the dryers but here it's a flat 1.75 and if you need more time you need to add another 1.75 we ended up paying for an extra cycle but did need the entire 30 minutes so we emptied the machine and left it running empty dryer. Will most likely stop here again when I need to do some bulky laundry read more

When I was about to go change my cash for quarters a woman approached me and told me to get out because she's closing. I was thrown off by her tone of voice so I tried to explain I was not going to be there much longer trying to ease her worry. She was still talking to me as if it was so inconvenient that I was in there, even though it was 40 minutes before posted closing time. The machines eat coins and the ladies in charge, there were two older ladies during the time I was there, are extremely rude and seem fed up with their work; they keep yelling at everyone. I will definitely Not come back. Read some other reviews and saw that someone named Michael N responded to a few reviews and is listed himself as the business manager/owner. Interesting that he sees all the bad reviews and only responds to a few but does nothing to fix the problems. Avoid completely. I was there last night and the inside of the cover for the detergent and fabric softener on 3 different machines has mold inside of the lids also the dryers didn't dry the clothes completely. 1 dryer had 2 items of clothing, coveralls and a sweat shirt and after an hour on high heat the 2 items of clothing wear still damp and one of the other dryers, roughly, 45 minutes on high heat and they were damp as well. I trust to speak with the staff and the older woman with the long salt and pepper hair was very rude telling me that I should have kept adding quarters to the machine and I should have had her "inspect" my clothes before taking them out of the dryer or adding money to the dryer and the final comment from her was that the clothes not being dry was my fault and even another customer was trying to tell her what happened but it was still my fault that the dryers didn't work properly. My total cost to wash and dry was 25 dollars that'll be going to somewhere else now read more

I told the lady that I put money in the machine and laundry soap what do I have to do to get my mom back she said I have no clue. This was good. There were few small washers and they were the same $1.75 for the cycle, but the minutes seem to go very quickly, as though the timer wasn't calibrated properly. Since the dryers didn't cost anything at the time, I wondered if the washers would be calibrated properly after the dryers required money to use them. Since it's new, things worked as planned. The manager was pleasant and seemed to find joy in making customers feel at home. Update 2017.05.30: Prices are up drastically--$1.75 wash is now $2.25, and dry starts at $1.50. How long does the $1.50 last? I will find out soon. I used $1.00 per load at the last place and it was enough. read more
