I typically dine on a weekday lunch and I have had takeaway pizza and pasta every so often too. The atmosphere is pleasant and nice. Food is great and the service has been decent on the times that I have dined in. My dad loves the margarita pizza, I like the Mia Casa pasta dish and my mum swings from the salad to something with chicken usually. It is our local Italian restaurant and I recommend it if you are in the Newton Mearns area. It is worth noting that the parking is round the back (shared with the other shops and it can be tight for a larger vehicle, such as a Panamera or XJ).

I can't remember what Graeme ordered - most likely some kind of sausage pasta. We also got a garlic bread to share. I think we had to pay a few pounds for delivery as the bill was about £20. The food arrived within 20 minutes - impressive seeing as it's a 5 minute drive from our house and they'd told us 30 minutes at least. The food was piping hot and delicious. My pasta came with rocket which tasted awful, you know how sometimes it is really bitter? It was really easy to pick off though so no harm done. The sauce and ravioli were delicious, creamy and a really generous serve so I was able to save the leftovers for lunch the next day. I think the last time we ordered takeaway for delivery was some time in 2011, so we're not pros at this kind of thing. I'd rather go our for a meal. But this place had a great take away service so I suspect we'll be using them again in the future.

We were lucky to find a wee discount code online (im all about the codes) so off we went. I was really impressed by the variety of the menu and swaying away from my usual carbonara i went with the risotto. The risotto was ok ... being 100% honest as i always am with reviews. I have tasted better elsewhere. There was nothing wrong per say but like i said ive tasted better. The restaurant wasnt too busy but we were left waiting for quite a while before being attended to and ordering drinks. An extra star also lost as the voucher did not include my bf's burger. I would visit again as i like to give places a 2nd chance.

When we arrived, it was really busy due to it being the school holidays. There was also nine of us at one table. This still didn't affect the service. These guys are so efficient! On their main menu, it states that certain dishes can be made vegan. Didn't expect to see this on there at all. Most of the family were dining on the lunch for £6.50 menu (two courses) and I was over the moon to discover I could pick from this menu too. I went for the minestrone soup with lovely, fluffy bread (minus the butter) for my starter. It was almost a meal on it's own. So tasty. For the main, I went for the special pasta of the day. Penne with sundried tomatoes, red onion and mushrooms in a basil oil. This was awesome. They even have sorbets that are vegan-friendly for dessert, but I was pretty full after my two hearty courses. This place is so cheap, the staff are super friendly and they seem very accommodating to dietary requirements. It's always busy, so definitely book before you visit.

The menu is varied they have traditional dishes as well as some that are out of the ordinary. They offer a delivery service for a small fee. I take that as being a good sign. There is plenty of car parking facilities outside. I recommend it!1
