Tom yum soup , yellowtail app chicken satay, salmon ceviche
Rich B.

One of my rare five star ratings, always consistently good! Service is friendly and courteous, and the value is great! Sushi is always fresh, tom yum goon soup is excellent, as are the chicken satays.. amazing seasoning grilled perfectly. Have to sit outside on a weeknight, it's so chill. This whole area is getting a great revival lately!

Poke bowl

We ordered a couple of poke bowls to take over to the beach to relax and enjoy the sunset. When we picked up the order, the hostess told my wife that the chopsticks were in the bag. Sadly, they were not. We scrounged around and found a fork in the car and were able to enjoy dinner while sitting on the beach so all wasn't lost. The salmon bowl was pretty tasty with a nice assortment of things on it and a pleasant sauce.

During my annual trip to Florida, I meet up with a dear friend where our tradition would be to get sushi. This was a place she said she does take-out often but had never eaten in it. It was a Friday night and we had walked from her house to the park, marina, local area and stopped here relatively early (~5 pm) so there were plenty of open tables. We debated about sitting outside but once the sun set, it would have been cooler. The restaurant atmosphere was beautiful. The waiter was extremely attentive, coming with the water, menu, refilling if it became halfway, seeing if we were ready to order, etc. We only ordered 3 traditional rolls which was perfect for the two of us and my friend had her usual glass of wine. See picture of the 3 traditional rolls: Spicy Salmon, Salmon Avocado, and 2 Friends which not only was perfect name for us but tuna and (yup, you guessed it) salmon that was to be topped with crunchy and spicy mayo. Notice the difference between the two photos? When our order arrived, frankly, we were surprised at the presentation, or lack thereof. Granted, it's sushi but we couldn't initially distinguish the difference as we got our waiter and asked about the 2 Friends crunchy topping and spicy mayo. He checked and shared it was rolled inside. You know how texture can enhance the experience with eating for some people? My friend requested it to be topped and he was able to have the crunch topping sprinkled on top. It was a good thing because overall the sushi were average at best. I know my taste buds are not what they were before treatments but I definitely used the wasabi, ginger and even Sriracha sauce for more flavor. On a positive note, the traditional rolls price had the final total relatively low for eating out. It was great to see restaurants getting back after all the hurricanes hit in 2024, as all the tables were filled and thus louder and harder to hear. We decided to finish up and give up the table and head elsewhere to complete our night.

I got the duck with chili and basil, menu said it comes mildly spicy, asked if they can make it hotter, they said yes. I asked them to make it EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA spicy, as hot as possible times 2, and alas, they failed, Tabasco sauce is spicier. Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious, absolutely no complaints about the taste, but it's a little disappointing that a place called Spice Station can't make food spicy.

Great place for thai and sushi at Rosemsry district Pros - friendly and fast service. The sushi was fresh and the thai food was absolutely delicious. Great place to hangout with friends and family who have different taste buds due to their variety on the menu Cons - none Great casual place to enjoy some thai and sushi.

Edamame

Amazingly fresh food, reasonably priced. We had a great lunch here. During busy time, you are in and out with a great meal and quick service. We started with edamame, then had lunch specials of Bangkok chicken and salmon poke bowl. Both were fresh and delicious. You could taste the holy basil in the chicken dish with fresh peppers and onions. Salmon poke bowl had fresh cukes, mango and nice dressing over sushi rice.

Good service, fast and knowledgeable. Loved the crab wontons! Service piping hot (temp) so very freshly made and promptly delivered. Chicken Pad Thai was very good. Again delivered right after it was made judging by the temperature - be careful taking a bite from the center. It was more sweet than I'm used to - kind of a hint of teriyaki flavor?? I think I personally prefer a less-sweet style but it was still very good and I finished all of it. Not spicy (nor was it marked spicy, either). The Salmon teriyaki bento box was very good as well. The salmon wasn't served rare as requested but was still moist and not dry/tough at all. I could have used more salt on the edamame but it was probably better for me the way it was.... The table water and tea both tasted good with no after/side taste.

Thai Calamari

Glad we finally tried Spice Station I've had Curry Station and Spice Station mixed up in my head and thought Spice Station was Indian food. I was wrong, Spice Station is a Thai and Sushi restaurant, and we finally stopped in for dinner last night. We both decided to go Thai and started with their Thai Calamari. It was a nice large appetizer that was lightly breaded and crispy, not chewy at all, and went great with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Following that, I ordered their Seafood Treasure from their Signature Specials menu, so I don't know if this is available all the time. The center of attraction of this dish was of course the lobster. The large shrimp were actually my favorite, the dish also includes sea scallops. With a brown sauce and stir-fried other stuff, this was a tasty dish. They have seating both inside and out, we decided to dine inside, and kind of regretted it. It was loud inside, whereas sitting outside on a nice evening would be the way to go. Service was very good, our fast taking server did well, and the food was ready on the fast side.

Chicken Red Curry

I recently visited Spice Station for lunch with co-workers and tried the Chicken Red Curry. A milky flavorful spicy curry broth was filled with tender chicken, crisp carrots, peppers and bamboo shoots, juicy pineapple and tender mushrooms. The side of savory rice soaked up the flavors nicely. Overall, this was a nice stop for quality Thai food.
