The karage chicken and mushroom are probably my favorites. When asked which ones had the most filling they said the "bombs" which are more fish based. I just wish all of them had more balance between filling to rice ratio. Each ball is a solid size and because they run between $2.50-5, you feel pretty good about it. But you'll likely want to sample a few. They don't give soy sauce anymore which isn't a big loss since it's not the good kind anyway. They have also adjusted prices higher because of those darn tariffs and no more pennies (RIP). There's general seating in the Mitsuwa food court.
