The owners are really sweet and the menu is small but plentiful. We ordered the golden triangle which is like a fried tofu or chickpea thing. The tea salad was really tasty. The noodles were also really delicious. It may seem small portions but there's a lot of food. Overall, I love the concept of Mango House and the community aspect of it. So definitely come out and support the community.

The value was fantastic too--we spent about $53 total (including tip) for two entrées and two specialty drinks. For drinks, I tried the fruit smoothie, which reminded me of a lassi but without the yogurt. I also really enjoyed the Mint Ginger Spritz. It was light, refreshing, and honestly felt like something that could help settle your stomach after a meal. We ordered the Nan Gyi Dok and the sampler, which came with curry, a samosa, and tea leaf salad. For the curry, we chose the Weh Da Nah. The tea leaf salad was incredibly unique--I have never had anything like it before. The Nan Gyi Dok was probably my favorite dish of the meal. It had a nice medium spice level and came with a light broth on the side that refreshed your palate between bites. The service was excellent as well. The only challenge was finding the restaurant since it's tucked away inside an international mall/food court, but it's absolutely worth seeking out. I'm already looking forward to coming back--and next time I want to try the African food vendors in the market too!

The standout dish was the lamb couscous: perfectly tender, slow-cooked lamb that practically melts in your mouth, layered over fluffy, fragrant couscous. The vegetables absorbed the rich spiced broth without losing their texture. Also very generous portions. If you're looking for a cozy, authentic meal that feels like it came straight from a Moroccan home kitchen, this is it. 10/10 would recommend!

The babaganush, harrira (soup), and bastille were pretty good, and I would come back and get them aging. The falafel was over fried and dry. The combo platter rice was good, but meat was bland. And I'm so sad the dessert baklava was not that great. Smuttered in chocolate, the nuts and honey classic flavor could not be tasted. They have a few other dishes in curious to come back to try. But... service! Well. Waitress was very friendly, definitely good vibes. But after 1st water, never refilled glasses; and plates stacked up. I had to ask (more than once) to clear then to make space for next one. And restaurant was not busy. So service-wise, but great. Food, since really good, some just meh. I'm 50/50 on coming back.

We both got the beef gyro platter and it was great. Halal Guys is always solid! The food is tasty, the ingredients are fresh, and you know exactly what you're getting. But that's not actually why I'm writing this review. I'm writing this review because of Marcus. That guy is fantastic! Honestly, I'll probably come back here for lunch next time I'm in Aurora just because of him. He's welcoming, funny, and clearly loves working with people. This is one of those places where you pick your ingredients from the counter behind the glass, and Marcus is not shy about making recommendations. I love that. The peeps working here know the food best, so I usually just go with whatever is recommended. Hot sauce? Sure! Actually their hot sauce is pretty hot and Marcus will try to warn you. If you don't handle heat well you should listen to him :) He joked with us and just made the whole experience awesome. Thanks for making a random Thursday lunch a good time, Marcus. We'll definitely be back!

The place is simply decorated (lighting is a little dark) and the vibe is simple. Towards the back there's a menu and an open counter with the food displayed to order. I wanted to try a collection of things so I got the plate with the lamb, salad, hummus and falafel. All was fresh with great flavors-- hot sauce is also worth a shout out. Recommend.

Located in the food court of SW plaza has plenty of clean and open seating to choose from. The menu is somewhat limited to about a dozen items including lamb, chicken, and falafel and everything looked fresh from my side of the counter. I had the Gyro plate. The dish comes with seasoned beef and lamb served with basmati rice, salad, hummus, grilled vegetables and tzatziki sauce. I also had a soda and a slice of their baklava. The entree was great. Baklava was okay. I felt that it was average. Also, it didn't take that long to get my food. Keep this in mind if you're considering Kabora for lunch. There is seating nearby. Also, Kabora is a typical restaurant setup in a mall food court. I will definitely consider eating lunch again at Kabora. If you're curious about Afghan food, go for it. Looking forward to another meal here.
