When we stepped inside, we realized why, it felt authentic, local, and had a rustic charm to it. Nick was out in the restaurant greeting guests and talking to people. The menu was extensive and all the things we tried were delicious and had a homemade feel to them, like someone's nonna was back there cooking these dishes. The bread served was snapped up quicker than I could even take a picture, it tasted like European bread that I am so used to. The addition of olive oil to dip it in took me back to days growing up near quality Italian food like this. The marinara was rich in the flavor, and the chicken was tasty with a beautiful crumb. There was a choice of pasta so I opted for the pappardelle, for those, like myself, not in the know this is like a larger flat version of a linguine and is excellent to soak up extra sauce. 10/10. No notes.

Brick stands out because it's in downtown bethlehem which draws a big crowd. There are inside and outside seating options at this restaurant and we chose to sit outside because it's nice. At the beginning the service was very nice letting us pick our table and being respectful. the water came quickly and honestly so did the appetizer. we ordered garlic parm french fries and they weren't too bad. i ordered the lobster mac and cheese and my girlfriend ordered the vodka rice balls. these came out pretty quickly and so did refills on our waters. the food was overall pretty good as we both finished our plate. the prices i feel were very reasonable due to the quality of the food and the overall reputation of the restaurant itself. The only downside was that there was something weird in my girlfriend's water and it took awhile to get the check but i understand it was kind of busy tonight. I can tell that people who work here care about their jobs and making other people feel welcome. To end my review I want to say this is a very nice restaurant and I would recommend you others. Thank you

They have pizza, wings, calzones, Stromboli, burgers, cheesesteaks, hoagies, wraps, soup, salad, and even Mediterranean cuisine like gyros and falafel. This was my first time here, so I kept it simple. I ordered a large cheese pizza, hot wings, and garlic knots. The pizza was perfectly cut and tasted good. There was a nice crisp to the crust, but the rest of the pizza was floppy and greasy. The wings were great for a pizzeria. They were good quality, cooked perfectly, and had your typical hot sauce. The garlic knots tasted great, but were undercooked. There was no crisp at all. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The food was good, prices were reasonable, and the staff was super nice. I stopped in on a visit to Southside Bethlehem. The building and shop are as I remember them. The customer service was great. We ordered a large half pepperoni and cheese pizza. The pizza was delicious. I enjoyed the crispy dough. It was perfectly golden. We also ordered BBQ wings. Those were just okay. They had too much sauce and I simply did not enjoy the quality of the wings. Prices were reasonable. The restrooms were clean. They have a private parking lot whereas most of the area has metered street parking. I enjoyed the nostalgic visit. Loved the pizza, next time I'll pass on the wings and I'll try a different menu item.
