It came with: Half lobster (cooked) Crab (cooked) 3 oysters (raw) 2 mini clams (raw) 1 big clam (raw) 3 shrimp (cooked) 1 langoustine (raw) 2 periwinkles (cooked) We shared it among 3 people. Their bisque had a nice rich flavor. We also got warm bread with butter. All the stuff was pretty fresh in our opinion. The only thing was that the waiter we got kept pushing and pushing for us to order more but we weren't extremely hungry. Seafood is always a very good choice here, fish dishes as smooth and flaky, and the poultry, tender and juicy. Vegetarian dishes are also very flavourful, so there's never a lack of choices. The chef also makes a mean Creme Brûlée, among other desserts (provided you're there for dinner- lunch rush hits them hard)

The wagyu was not bad, lightly salted/peppered and comes with a mushroom puree and mushroom on the side which does go well together. I wouldn't say it's the number one best wagyu I've ever had, but it's solid. One or two dishes can be a bit more disappointing than the others. For example the duck breast, as well as the dessert course with truffles, was not very memorable. I'm glad to have had this experience with a nice bright, energetic but classy vibe, but there were things I wish were better including a serving time of over 2 hours. They are known for the prawns, but really can't go wrong with most seafood, there may be 1-2 foods that might not hit the spot, and for the price of it (around $300 USD/person) compared to other 1 star Michellin's, I'm not sure how soon I would think of coming back.

Gone is the unlimited lobster, shrimp and other seafood and instead you'll get a platter with one of each and if you want oysters, you have to pay a surcharge of US$4 per piece. There's no longer a carving station and instead they put out a braised beef stew and another low quality item I can't even remember. The sushi/sashimi station is also gone and instead you'll get a pre-assembled fish bite of some kind. The live pasta station is still there but with mediocre selection, it's good but not something you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The rest of the buffet is just so sad with very limited and low quality selections, there's a tuna fish salad on offer, need I say more? They're also stingy with their champagne, we had to ask for a refill a couple of times and they stopped pouring half an hour before closing. We've given this restaurant more chances than it deserves and this time we're saying goodbye to them for good.
