Britt is so kind and easy to talk to, and she does a great job of explaining the process and the products she's using. The micro-needling was pretty simple and quick. It's slightly painful on the first session, but the numbing cream she uses helps with that and it gets better with successive sessions. She takes photos before and after so she can keep track of your progress and recommend treatments or products based on your needs. She doesn't sell products there which always makes me feel better, like she's really recommending the best thing for you, not just because she's selling it. Healing went well and my skin looks better than ever! She says she can age you backwards and honestly, I believe it. She does a good job of explaining aftercare and answering any questions you may have. She also does a quick check up two weeks after your first session just to make sure things are going well. I believe the boutique is currently in a transitional space while she waits on another spot to open up nearby. Lucky for me, Heidi is spectacular at shag cuts and also specializes in razor cuts, which can be difficult to find. I told her I was ready for a change and to go for it and the results were even better than what I had in mind. Since then I've received multiple compliments on my cuts with an added comment "that's the kind of cut I've been wanting and I can't find someone to do it right!" My visits are always pleasant and relaxing. I never feel pressured to chat or make small talk, but when we do it's easy and laid back. I was ok with just the plain polish on just my toes. I got finished at 11:18am and noticed Tommy was having someone else sit in his chair. Confused I spoke up and showed my confirmation. She said oh must've been some mix up or confusion. After 15 minutes of waiting she offered me the man that couldn't paint a heart of my feet to then do my nails, I quickly said no, he can't do the style I want. She said don't worry, I will step in when it's time. Because it was getting late, I agreed. After about 6 minutes I said, you are aware I'm getting gel extensions right? The lady then informed me didn't know how. So I had to sit about 15 minutes. A nice older lady tried to help but she struggled. I have large bubbles under majority of my nails and they're sore. Because of this, the polish is blotchy. The lady who was rude from the beginning stepped in when it was time for the design and she couldn't do a simple heart either. So I said never mind, it's ok. I'll go without. I was then told I was being difficult which confused me because I'm a paying customer. I asked for her to do one final wipe down on my nails before a lot of lent from their towels was stuck to it. She quickly said no, you get what you asked for.
