I don't think he could do any worse if he was actively trying to run it in to the ground. His poor parents. He literally would tell me to just put terrible quality items in the customers boxes. He didn't care about color matching. He didn't care if the embroidery was missing whole sections. He just doesn't care. I worked overti.e on a hat order and he promised me a bonus check. Never seen it. I brought him customers and then regretted it. I was the printer and he would make me send out low quality work. I hated it. He never answers the phone. He just sucks. What a waste of a great business.

This location has really gone down hill. The management is lacking to say the least. I was in there…read moreon 12/30/22 and one person was working the register. She repeatedly requested assistance at the register and no one bothered to come even though customers were wrapped around the counter. Most people would think there isn't enough help and someone needs to be on the floor, but I witnessed at least two employees on the floor. One was the manager who I have seen multiple times aimlessly walking around. She never offers to assist customers let alone one of her employees. She never one time came up to the front when she called for assistance or bothered to respond. I was in this store over the summer and this very manager could not be bothered to help me locate where something was that showed in stock on the website. She pointed me in the general location and that was all she offered, even after I had told her I looked over there. I eventually found the item, no thanks to her. The cashier was very professional and courteous. She deserves a raise for having to deal with such terrible leadership or lack there of. The Michaels in the old Pat Catans is a better choice and has a better selection and much more organized.
