I saw that the shipping for an urn on Amazon was scheduled too late. I called the company directly on Monday afternoon. Lee, the owner, responded the next morning. I told him what I needed, and he bent over backwards to prepare the urn with my custom photo and engraving. He also ensured it would arrive on time for the memorial on Saturday. He took my customizations, sent me a proof, and then worked diligently on the order. He sent me a photo of the final product, a tracking email, and it is set to arrive on Friday. He even edited the photo with a custom background. I can't say enough wonderful things about Lee and his company. He communicated during the whole process, was so genuinely sincere in his condolences for my loss, and the product was just beautiful! I highly recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

My grandparents met Alan at House of Stones in New Philadelphia, my parents then started buying from him, and now my fiance and I refuse to shop anywhere else. We are so lucky to have a place like Julz, right here in Stark County. Alan truly has jewelry for any occasion, which will fit any budget. I have purchased $100 earrings for everyday wear and had him customize the engagement ring and wedding band of my dreams. GUYS! If you want to go to a place where a real man who knows his jewelry will help you understand the world of diamonds and jewelry that you are likely unfamiliar with, you MUST go here. I guarantee when you walk out you will feel extremely informed and as if you have made a friend for life. Julz has everything from the most traditional of pieces to jewelry like you have NEVER seen anywhere else. I can guarantee you that there is something for everyone at Julz. I recognize that you could go anywhere and buy an engagement ring that will be beautiful, but if you want an engagement ring that people will comment on without prompting, you should definitely deal with Julz. I completely trust Alan and KNOW that anything he sells will be quality and you will not be disappointed. In the last year I have had two guy friends of mine get engaged. Their fiancees each had rings picked out from world famous designers. I told my friends that I would still love them if they didn't buy from Alan, but that they at least needed to go in and let him educate them about diamonds and go from there. Both girls described their desires and Alan found them each something that fit their every wish and need, and the guys loved that they could get more diamond for their dollar when working with Alan. I sincerely hope that this review has helped to steer you towards visiting Julz. Wherever you come from, you can rest assured that Julz is worth the trip. The customer relationships they build and the service they provide is exceptional. Best Wishes! :-)
