Very disappointed with the customer service I received. After searching for an engagement ring I found what I was looking for, and Julz popped up in my search as a carrier for the vendor of the ring. I took the info to the store and the young lady said they indeed had a relationship with the vendor could get the ring as they didn't have it in their store. She said she would reach out to the vendor. She took my information and said she would call when they received it. After about 2 weeks, I called and was told they were having trouble with the vendor by the young lady who was assisting me. She said she had some rings she thought I may like that were similar. I stopped in an hour later and she had nothing similar. She further told me she forgot all about contacting the vendor and apologized. I gave her the information again and another sales rep stepped in to help and informed her all she had to do to get a quick response was to call the vendor. The young lady assured me she would call the vendor Tuesday as it was Friday evening at this point. Tuesday, afternoon 10/06/2020, I called the store to assure I wasn't forgotten again. The young lady told me she hadn't gotten to it, but had not forgotten. Stated she had to contact the vendor because they didn't have it in stock in the store. Mind you, this fact was established two weeks ago and again on my second trip to the store on the previous Friday. At this point I looked up another jeweler in the area who would possibly carry this vendor. I went into the store and the young lady without hesitation called the vendor, the ring was in stock and it is being shipped to the store and expected delivery in 3 days, Friday,10/9/2020. Meanwhile, Wednesday afternoon, I get a VM from the young lady at Julz stating she is still working on getting the ring for me, she is having a hard time getting a response from the vendor. I don't believe a word of it at this point. I did reach out to Julz to tell them of my disappointment, and was told a manager would reach out to me, but guess who just called me, the young lady who did nothing to help me, apologizing. I pray she doesn't continue to cause them to lose business. read more

I know the the space I am limited to here will not allow me to give all the praise that Alan and his team deserve. Alan and his team are AMAZING! My grandparents met Alan at House of Stones in New Philadelphia, my parents then started buying from him, and now my fiance and I refuse to shop anywhere else. We are so lucky to have a place like Julz, right here in Stark County. Alan truly has jewelry for any occasion, which will fit any budget. I have purchased $100 earrings for everyday wear and had him customize the engagement ring and wedding band of my dreams. GUYS! If you want to go to a place where a real man who knows his jewelry will help you understand the world of diamonds and jewelry that you are likely unfamiliar with, you MUST go here. I guarantee when you walk out you will feel extremely informed and as if you have made a friend for life. Julz has everything from the most traditional of pieces to jewelry like you have NEVER seen anywhere else. I can guarantee you that there is something for everyone at Julz. I recognize that you could go anywhere and buy an engagement ring that will be beautiful, but if you want an engagement ring that people will comment on without prompting, you should definitely deal with Julz. I completely trust Alan and KNOW that anything he sells will be quality and you will not be disappointed. In the last year I have had two guy friends of mine get engaged. Their fiancees each had rings picked out from world famous designers. I told my friends that I would still love them if they didn't buy from Alan, but that they at least needed to go in and let him educate them about diamonds and go from there. Both girls described their desires and Alan found them each something that fit their every wish and need, and the guys loved that they could get more diamond for their dollar when working with Alan.
