I sent inspiration pictures then went in to design a new ring in their computer with them. It was then 3D printed so you can make any last minute changes before it's cast and diamonds are set. George is very patient and knowledgeable. We talked about all kinds of stones and shapes and sizes before coming up with the perfect arrangement. Jessica just seems to know exactly what your trying to do and how to put it in words. Both are very friendly and professional. I live in Columbus and drove 2 hours to see them and will continue for future prices! I Love it here and they did a fabulous job! We live in Pittsburgh, and the jeweler he ordered it from was a small business in Michigan. We frequently visit Boardman, and since I needed to get sized, we googled jewelers and came across Aebischer's. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and even though it was about 30 minutes before closing and quite busy, we were helped within 3 minutes. The saleswoman was so kind. Despite her knowing that my ring wasn't purchased at Aebischer's, she still treated us as if we did. She gave me multiple options for sizing, and was kind enough to give me a new temporary ring sizer. I had bought a pack at Walmart and it was cutting off the circulation to my finger, and by her attaching the new sizer, it was instant relief! She even gave me another to take home.My husband was talking cars with another customer, and the rest of the staff was out and talking with us. They were all so friendly. We had such a great experience! While we were there, my husband decided to check out the mens selection, and we were given the website information for customization. We had to find out any warranty info, so we left and waited to hear from the place he ordered my ring from. Our original Jeweler said it would void my ring warranty, but we said the heck with it, and drove back up the next weekend! Even with covid causing backups and our move in January 2022, we got it back very quickly! I decided to get the 2 small balls , as they were more comfortable. When we got it back, they trimmed them up and it was perfect!!! That same day, my husband even ended up purchasing not 1, but 2 custom bands. We've been married almost 5 months now and his rings have held up amazing- even with him working so much with his hands as a System Admin! He gets complimented all the time on the uniqueness, and has utilized the silicone bands that came with them daily. We cannot praise Aebischer's staff for their patience, friendliness, and professionalism.
