All their fabrics are sold only by the half yard but they also have fat quarters cut for all their fabrics. The staff is always very friendly and will help you find what you need for your projects. She has lots of room to offer classes, and her fabric choices in her shop are diverse and a pleasant offering of focus fabrics, collections, backgrounds and blenders. She has some patterns and a good selection of precuts. Hopefully she'll be able to add to these as time goes on. As with most small businesses, you can only add to the inventory as your client base expands and supports you. This shop is definitely a real asset to the community, and it's up to us to support it. Megan was incredibly helpful and patient, even though I was extremely frustrated. "Karol with a K" gave me helpful advice when I brought my machine to the shop for "open studio." Though I find the idea of crochet too intimidating to try it myself, the classes I overheard while quilting sounded like they were the sort of classes I would take if I were brave enough to try crochet. The shop also does charity work. Last year, I participated in a sew-a-thon where we made pillowcases and stuffed animals for a charity that provides beds to families who can't afford beds for their children. They have a small selection of very nice fabric and notions. Something I have not seen anywhere else is a scissor holster that one attaches to one's machine so the thread scissors don't get misplaced. I highly recommend this shop.

Fabric to the left of me, bolts to the right, rows of sweatshirt and t-shirt knits! Quilt fabric over there, cottons, polyester blends, upholstery fabric, outdoor fabric. It's everything that you needed and great prices. Well worth a stop in this part of the country.
