If I could give negative stars I would. Dave is doing the same thing to me. Refused to give me my last paycheck. A full 2 weeks plus a Monday. AND when I reported him to the department of labor , he literally filed theft charges on me to keep from having to pay me. It's ok though because I'm currently working with an attorney to get what he owes me and then I'm pressing charges on him for defamation. Now about the business. He's terrible at running a business. I don't think he could do any worse if he was actively trying to run it in to the ground. His poor parents. He literally would tell me to just put terrible quality items in the customers boxes. He didn't care about color matching. He didn't care if the embroidery was missing whole sections. He just doesn't care. I worked overti.e on a hat order and he promised me a bonus check. Never seen it. I brought him customers and then regretted it. I was the printer and he would make me send out low quality work. I hated it. He never answers the phone. He just sucks. I don't even know where to start. We are with a school team and they have totally messed up EVERYTHING. We got our uniforms late, weren't given our socks, our colored were mismatched. The owner Dave M was contacted from day ONE and SEVERAL calls made that these needed corrected. We've got the run around about correcting the shirts because they were given to us peeled and cracked looking from screen print. The coach, team Mom, AND players parents have been here to complain and check on the status of our shirts being fixed. We purchased our own pants because ours DID not match and were suppose to be refunded for the pants returned un-warn. Now we are being told we must pay extra to correct because we wore the shirts HOWEVER there were so many calls made to fix and replace and there was nothing else to wear to start the season because they were LATE to us already! All the calls have been avoided we were even told to come back and get the corrected uniform shirts last week and when returned to pick them up at the designated time the doors were locked and no response. Now they are keeping all our MONEY AND UNIFORMS and not correcting anything without making us pay MORE from what was all their mistake/mess up to begin with! Every parent on the team will be writing a review about this and in contact with our school league about this incident. Dave you are lieing.. the google review as far as i know is still up.. you knew from the begining I do CRAFT embroidery from home, it is on my application, you hired me at 12.00 an hour, I was late 1 day, due to me, the other where because if j.j. going to dunjin donuts, but as your cameras can see i was in the parking lot before start time, and you fired me, it took almost 2 months to get my last pay, and you shorted me hours, i worked 48 you paid me for 37 and paid me minimum wage 8.15 per hour.. and if anyone would google you, they will find out that you have done this to at least 5 other employees, or did not pay them at all, I never stole anything, I did not need your 100 year old thread, I have my own..i NEVER contacted any of your customers ( that is a huge lie) ....I have had my own business since 2007, which was also on my application and on my indeed, on my linkedin, I did not hide anything, I also told you about my former employeer and what was going on with that whole situation and the reciepts have my name on them because Allen and I were partners when he died, I helped pay for the equipment, I have reciepts, bank staements, and partnership agreement... I am proud of my business and talk about it, but like i said it is a craft type and occasionally t shirts, I work part time yes.. I LOVE embroidery, I am very passionate about it, and I am very very good at what I do, I contacted a mutal friend to see if he could get you to pay me. But I never contacted any of your customers, I do not want a big business, I would have no reason to contact your customers I do not want that kind of business so try again put me down some more..and anyone can visit my facebook, and every picture on there is my work..unless it says on the picture NMP.. which means not my picture, there are a couple asking for opinions if i should make them or not..the things that my former employeer accused me of stealing, my name is on the reciepts.. so before you start slandaring me you better becareful and you better have evidence... and since it never happened, You better watch what you say.. as you have just accused him of telling you things that an employer is not allowed to say... ever hear of the HEPA law.... yeah shoot yourself and him in the foot some more. you are a schister, rip off, and thief.. yes i said thief, you stole money from me, i would not of worked a skilled trade for 8.15 per hour, you can try to decredit me, or try to belittle me, but what ever you say about me does not remove the fact that you are a horrible employer. So keep running at the mouth it just goes to show what kind of employeer he is..this is what you will have to deal with... no pay, extrememly less then what was agreeed to when hired, then bashed at the end of employment.. great guy right... GOOGLE the company... you will see other employees, with the same issues, you will see his reponse to customers.. trust me you do not wanna get yourself involved with the childish company owner.....anyone can see my reviews it is public, there is not 1 bad review for an employer except this one...but if you see his response to my reviews.. 1 says I put on my application fake businesses, but on this one he contacted my previous employers... Lies.. see when you tell lies you eventually get caught up in them..in the last 10 years I have had 3 jobs, and one was because of comapny filing bankruptcy, 1 business partner died, 1 employer allowed his son to call me names.. then of course this joke of a place 2 months.. he reaction of instantly putting me down to distract from his wrong doing shows what kind of man he is.. read more
