I like unique clothes and fun accessories, so it's great shopping for those of us who don't have any other fun shopping stores around. It's a small store and seems to get cramped fast when there's more than 15 people in the store. It's well stocked, it's clean and staff is friendly. They always have sales. I'll also mention the associates are not customer-service oriented. I was the only customer in line and none of the associates addressed me (check the camera, black dress around 5pm on 8/4/26). I had to guess which register to stand at to get someone's attention. They also chatted with each other while refusing to give me my refund. If you are outside of their new 90 day return window they'll call your items "expired" and at most offer a couple dollars in store credit. Obviously, Kohls isn't doing well and you can say goodbye to this long-term customer. Of course I'll use my credit but will be purchasing clothing elsewhere.
