We were really struggling because the "online florist" that was supposedly "local" missed delivery of flowers ordered 5 days earlier. USPS could get the gift delivered even though it was sent a week earlier. Joey arranged to have Scott come to our daughter's 25th birthday celebration at a local pub. Scott did an OUTSTANDING job making sure everything was coordinated as we live in Florida and were not onsite. This was my third time in the store today and I was filled with good energy between Jaxson and (I believe the very helpful woman's name was..) Beth!!!? She's got some fabulous energy .. a doer!!! My second time here I'll be completely honest ... the checkout wasn't as helpful ... it just seemed as get me in and out ... and I missed Jaxson's energy from my first visit that I mentioned to them how it was my second time in and "where's the nice young man who helped me last time" ... all the workers adored him when I mentioned him. I went to the Swampscott store today and looked at all of the great merchandise available…read more However, as I was browsing, I came across a display that was shocking. It was Christmas socks that had VULGAR language on them. There were also kitchen oven mitts and pot holders with VULGAR language on them as well. They had paper coverings on them warning that you must be 18 yrs. old to view (lots of luck with that) and several of the covers were off (no surprise there). I was appalled to see that kind of junk in the Paper Store and quite frankly those displays were offensive. SHAME ON THE PAPER STORE!!!. I left disgusted and would have spoken to the manager but couldn't stay any longer. If and when I go back I will speak to the manager about this. I would advise the merchandising staff to revisit what they purchase to sell in the store. Very disappointed. Elaine S.
