They gave me a phone number to the corporate office and told me to call there. I stepped out of the store to call only to find out that the office is closed until Monday. What kind of horrible service is this? Were they on a power trip by not accepting the ring back? Online the return policy is clear. 30 days with a receipt. So, when I call the corporate office again on Monday I can't wait to tell them about this issue and how it's the opposite of what they have in writing. Boo!

I was in Delware in October on business and stopped by the Christiana Mall. I walked in because I was intrested in buying some shirts I saw online for my husband. They had them but I didn't buy them. If I would've bought them, I feel I would've caused too much of an inconvenience to the employees. So when I entered the store it was around 8pm, they close at 9pm. The Cashiers looked at me and my collegue like oh crap someone is in here. We weren't even greeted, there was 3 employees there and no one said welcome in or even hello. They just stared at us. I started browsing around and saw that they were counting the cash register money on the cashier counter. I thought that was odd since closing was at 9pm. It felt pretty obvious they were done with the day so while I did see what I wanted, I walked out and instead ordered it online.

So, I didn't purchase...and am disappointed...and discouraged from going in again. In my opinion, their customer service skills need to be better.

He brought in a picture of a 6-prong Tiffany's setting which they made perfectly out of platinum. They also went to NYC to find the exact quality diamond that he requested. The price was probably 1/2 of the national chains (Zales, Jared's, Kay's) when we compared the size & quality--this worked out in my favor as my fiance was able to upgrade another 0.25 carats =) The owners also guided him in creating a matching wedding band which we did not put as much thought into--but it's also BEAUTIFUL. Really happy that we went with a trusted, small retailer and getting a completely customized ring instead of simply picking out something from a display case in the mall.
