So many places sell tee shirts and novelty items. This store stands above the rest. Hot Topic which is a few doors down from here sells some of the same items. What they don't have is the Awesome and Amazing staff. Lead by one of the Coolest managers that I've ever met in all my years. Down to earth great customer service skills and extremely knowledgeable about all the items that's on sale in her store. A buy 1 get 1 tee shirt 50% off is a great incentive. Lot's of fun wild and amazing shirts to choose from,coats hats and other items line the shelves. Everyone come in for the wonderful assortment of items and relish in the karma there lead by the stores manager. read more

I don't know how the employees are trained or if they get commission for selling. But several people I know have been made very uncomfortable by the workers when shopping for sex toys. The employees are very pushy, often ask invasive questions unprompted, and have given out blatant misinformation for the sake of selling more products/more expensive products. Since I've heard about several people have negative experiences here and I feel that misinformation about sex toys can be harmful, especially to youth, I felt the need to leave this review. read more

Their customer service is . A special type of special. Went to the back of spencers to get something and was eyed the whole time. No clue why. My boyfriend and I were talking to each other about said products and all i felt was eyes on us. So inconsiderate especially when shopping in the back, made me extremely uncomfortable. I dont know if it was my skin tone or not but they started eyeing ONLY my boyfriend and I once we walked in. I hope they get fired eventually. read more

I've been a fan of Spencer's since High School and primarily this location. They sell everything from Vintage T-shirts, Gag Gifts to Adult novelty items and lingerie ladies ! I popped in yesterday with a close friend in search of a specific adult accessory to heat up the bedroom. The sales girl knew exactly what I was looking for ! I was really impressed by her knowledge and suggestions. I also was impressed by the large selection and low prices ! I have a bachelorette party to attend next month and this was a great place to get some ideas for the Bride To Be. They also had some sexy lingerie in a plethora of styles and sizes for a playful night. I love how Spencer's just never gets old ! It's the most nostalgic yet ageless gift shop around ! Went in looking for a walking dead T-shirt as a gift for someone who loves the series . I was told by the young guy working near the entrance that they didn't stock any and hadn't in years . I was surprised as the show has a cult following and they have T-shirt's from other re-runs /shows etc . His attitude was also somewhat flippant and when I walked in he was folding tees in the front , glanced and didn't even greet . He just looked unhappy and while I don't expect anyone to run around behind me serving me it would've been nice to at least get a hello. The store has a bunch of novelty items and is really not the type of store you'd feel the need to frequent every time you visit the mall. I guess if you're looking for certain types of gag gifts and t-shirts etc . Never the less I walked out not having purchased anything . read more

A gift store for hard to find novelty items and merchandise. If you are crazy about that kind of stuff, this store is for you. It has never been my kindl of store even before my oldest child teen's time who liked then unique and out of this world items and had been frequent shopper for a while. On our way to the newly renovated food court last weekend, my second child eyes caught this discontinued Pokemon backpack on their display rack . He is a Pokemon fan since he was on his grade years even up to now and can't pass the chance to get this bag which is in 40% off. There are so many items on sale, ranging from 40% to 70% off. It looks like that the store has huge inventory and ready for back to school craziness. The store is dark. The line for the register is confusing. The associate is not focussed on their customers needs. She covered up by giving us free stores label. read more

Apparently if you pay cash and returned., they do not honor it. I find management and their policy extremely rude., saying this because too avoid outburst and disturbance in the Mall. Place a Visible Sign. Very disheartening too watch a customer go head to head with a rude sale representative. Although I found everything that I needed and more with their 50% off discounts. Since I am a dedicated Walking Dead fan., there discount helped my total at the cash register. read more

If you are like me and never been inside of one of these stores, BEWARE and DO NOT go inside with kids!! I went in with two 13 year olds not knowing they have a section with adult sex toys and almost had a heart attack! When I told the employees that they should have signs up around that section, she said they have one in the window. I did not see any warnings when I walked in so I looked for it on the way out. They had a 4x6 adult advisor sticker on the right corner of the store window which was no where near the entrace of the store. I find this highly unacceptable especailly in a mall visited by families! If they really meant to warn people, the sign should be at the entrance of the store not stuck on a far corner far from the only entrance! read more

Came into this store today to purchase numerous gifts for myself and a bachelorette party. The associate named INDIA was EXTREMELY rude. There were a group of teens ahead of me looking at pleasure products ( I'm in my LATE 20's). They opened various items and put them back. I went and picked up a few items needing to make the purchase to get it out the way. The associate came over and screamed at my like I was her child telling me I can not open the products. Snatched what was in my hand out and continued to TRY and chastise me. I was not only extremely pissed I was embarrassed. Needless to say I did not make the purchase and I will be using Amazon prime instead. This behavior is extremely unacceptable and if this is what Spencer's expects from their employee it is absolutely unacceptable. read more

Spencers was nice and organized well that was until yesterday when i went to see if there was something that i had wanted for awhile but sadly i was dissapointed they didnt have the pijama i wanted cx lol but what got me the most was how bad that SOME not all but some employess were so mean to me and disrespectful. I simply asked for help and they just got bothered and gave an attitude. I think that if your gonna work at a local public place were people go to shop a lot, the least you can do is not act like a dick towards not just me but towards the other people that needed your help last time i checked it was there job to help the people and somewhat greet the people that walked in. All in all the store its self is nice, clean and well organized jusy the survices of the employess were bad, employess just dont seem to be giving the attention to the costumors and thats a negative for the store cause there losing buisness.
