I started going to Sonny in 1998 after a recommendation from my dad who had used him for years…read more I have used him for major repairs to my vehicles over the years with complete satisfaction. I have even had an occasion when he told me that a repair I needed, changing a fuel pump/sending unit, on my Pontiac Montana was within my skill set. he walked me through the process and was entirely correct in his assessment. I was able to facilitate the repair for less than half the cost. Now both of my daughters have been taking their cars to him for years and our first driving grandchild will be taking his vehicle to Sonny. Just yesterday I had Sonny replace the oil cooler in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler and he did an excellent job. Thank you, Sonny and Anita.

Broke down on a holiday weekend. Called James on Memorial Day, he not only answered but seemed…read moregenuinely concerned that we were stuck in a campground. He came out that morning (missing his son's baseball tournament I might add). The fix was pretty straightforward but on my truck, he had to take a bunch of parts off to get to the leaking line, and then put 'em back on. Then another part was giving us fits so more parts off to get to that. He worked tirelessly all day into the night to get us going again. Fantastic work ethic and never gave up never showed the frustration he must've felt. With all he went through over 10+ hours, I can honestly say, the bill was very reasonable. Can't say enough, how much we appreciate James' efforts. Give him a call.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Our…read moreson purchased an exhaust system and took it to MBS to install. He paid $361.00 for the "service". The next week he took his car to our mechanic to have new break pads installed. Our mechanic informed us the exhaust system was not only installed incorrectly but it also had a leak. He fixed the problem immediately. Upon his repairs, our son's car sounded like a completely different car; the way it was intended on sounding. We returned to MBS to see how they planned to make this dillema right. They looked over the vehicle and all they really cared about was why we didn't bring it back to them to fix. REALLY?? If you couldn't install it correctly the first time why we would we trust you to install it the 2nd time. Remember we are disputing service here NOT goods. Goods are returnable, services are only as good as your word, which in this case is not existent. One of their employees even had the gall to say an exhasust leak isn't dangerous nor flammable. Apparently she's had a bit of CO poisoning! That's when I knew we weren't dealing with a business or individuals that knew what they were doing. We won't be returning to MBS and will be sure to spread the word to our immediate and extended family and friends the same advice.
