He came out that morning (missing his son's baseball tournament I might add). The fix was pretty straightforward but on my truck, he had to take a bunch of parts off to get to the leaking line, and then put 'em back on. Then another part was giving us fits so more parts off to get to that. He worked tirelessly all day into the night to get us going again. Fantastic work ethic and never gave up never showed the frustration he must've felt. With all he went through over 10+ hours, I can honestly say, the bill was very reasonable. Can't say enough, how much we appreciate James' efforts. Give him a call.

I took a leap of faith, trusting in God, and yesterday I had three services done on my 2017 JCW: transmission fluid, brake fluid, and coolant changes. They were very professional; the man who helped me--the one with the long beard--handled everything from start to finish and was completely honest before and after the work. I even saved money compared to other shops. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart; this will be my go-to shop from now on. Thanks also to everyone who left honest reviews; that helped me take the step and place my trust here. I'll see you all soon for my next services. Shalom, shalom to everyone. My poor daughter was scammed here into thinking that she needed to pay extra to verify what we already knew (it was the alternator) We decided to take the car to a different shop because we couldn't count on the integrity of the individuals who work here. Additionally when we went to pick up the car and pay their unreasonable fee, nobody there could run the computer system and give us the keys back. We had to wait until someone who understood the operating system showed up, so that they could charge us and give us the keys to take it to another location.

My son worked hard all summer to earn the money necessary to have repairs completed. He trusted your business to perform the work that was discussed and paid for. Unfortunately, we have since learned that the repairs he paid approximately $6,000 for were not completed. When we returned the truck to your shop to address the issue, we were told that the situation was the result of a "miscommunication" between the service technician and the salesperson. While I understand that mistakes can happen, a miscommunication within your business should not result in a customer being charged thousands of dollars for work that was never performed. This situation is particularly concerning because my son is only 17 years old. He worked throughout the summer and saved his money specifically to make these repairs to his truck. To have that substantial amount of money taken for repairs that were not completed is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Been doing bussiness with them for many years, When Ed Sinnott was the manager we were well taken care of very professional services. Will never do bussiness with this company again, Be Warned..
