Came by on a Saturday morning with hubby. With their covid policy, you can pick whichever frames you like to be place in a tray and wait until the "fitting room" is available. They sanitizer after each person by wiping both the table and mirror and afterward they also sanitized the frames you try on. After awhile trying on frames, I finally decided on the frame I wanted and went to discuss pricing. It seems like Eye Solution no longer take my insurance. Good thing we didn't do the eye exam yet and discuss pricing first. Even tho, I ended up not getting glasses, they still provided wonderful service and went through different options if I decide to get it without the insurance. I'll be back should I have a new insurance. Now, the hunt to find somewhere that takes my insurance with good services and stylish frames.

I make a purchase before Thanksgiving and the store promised it will be ready on December 1st. I visited the store on Dec 1st but it said eyeglass hadn't arrived. Understandable since it's during Thanksgiving time. I called in 4 days later asking about the status and the sales said my eyeglass had arrived. I went there on Friday and for my surprise, the sales told me "my eyeglass did arrived 3 days ago but they don't have time to assemble it!!!!" So I asked them to do it right away but they argue no man force to do the assemble at the moment. At the end, I wait till Monday(7 days from what eye solution promise) to receive my eyeglass. It's really ridiculous from the "Eye Solution" services, lack of responsibility and not even felt sorry for wasting customer's time. The price of eyeglass is not cheap and there are many other eyeglass store in the neighborhood. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have been to other optometrists but none compare to what I receive at this practice. It has nothing to do with convenience or fear of change, but simply put - its the service that keeps me there. I have been seen by all three doctors and each one of them provide optimal care in their own unique way. But for sure, they equally keep you in the loop about what they're doing and why it's important. At the end of the exam, they always let you know about the health of your eyes and any interventions/suggestions (if any), I appreciate that the most. The information is always easy to understand and they welcome as many questions as you want to ask. The supporting staff are also very personable, kind, and knowledgeable for the most part. With every visit, I know that I will be in great hands. The facilities are very modern and they have a great selection of eyewear. After being examined by Dr. Ken.....I was very impressed to his attention to detail which is second to none. He's meticulous, patient, funny, has sensational "chair side" manner keeps you at ease and he will not complete the exam until he's satisfied and you are completely satisfied that he's given you the ultimate exam and prescription. His staff of pre-screeners who check your eyes for glaucoma are all top notch and his entire procedure from pre-testing to the actual eye exam and then being brought to the fitting area is again as well organized as could be. His eye glass "fitters" never rush you and show you as many frames as you want to see until you find the one you want to buy. Once the glasses are in, you'll get a call and without an appointment you could come in any time to pick them up. I'm very meticulous as to how my glasses look and feel and I've returned a few times for some adjustments without any issues. I highly recommend Dr. Ken for all your optical needs. You will not go wrong. I would be remiss if I didn't point out an ongoing dispute I've had/have with one of the office administrators for a couple of years regarding my insurance which unfortunately led me to another local optician to get fitted for glasses. I explained my "insurance parameters" to my new eyeglass fitters and their office manager took the bull by the horns and even faxed my paid invoice to my insurance carrier, emailed me a copy of my paid invoice and I received a check in very short order. I found them from my provider list and looked them up to see that they are a small family business. We came on a Saturday late afternoon and they were wonderful. We wanted to look at the frames first to make sure there is something for us before we agree to do the eye exam and use our insurance to process everything. The father Bill, daughter Kristen and tech Jennifer introduced themselves to us and was very helpful. We felt that the service was amazing. They were attentive and worked with us since I'm picky with frames. I even explained that in the past the Optometrist had purposely given me a higher prescription which forced me to squint for an entire year back in college which then forced my eye prescription to increase. Dr. Amir was understanding and said my prescription didn't increase much and it would be similar to it. I'm looking forward to picking them up and to see how it looks.
