As a first time mom I was concerned with vaccines and Kiera went over every single vaccine and helped me decide if I wanted to delay or skip any. Our daughter has only been sick twice but both times she helped us choose vitamins and probiotics that helped strengthen her versus resorting to the typical store medicines. We love that! We also love that she is so accesible. She has always been able to schedule us same day when we have an abrupt concern and is also great at responding to emails right away. We have great insurance coverage but still choose to pay out of pocket for the wonderful care she provides to our little family! Highly recommend her!

It's nearly impossible to get a check-up appointment in a timely manner--every time I've tried, the earliest available slot is at least two months out. For basic, routine care like a check-up, that's simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, this is the third year in a row they've scheduled a vaccine appointment for my children, only to later inform me that they don't even have the vaccine in stock. This year, they confirmed the appointment just the day before, and I even took time off work to make sure I could get there. I showed up, only to be told once again that they didn't have the vaccine and I had wasted my time. The lack of communication and professionalism is absolutely frustrating.

She even attended the adoption finalization court hearing for our son to show her support for us. What doctor does that? Amazing! Dr. VT's warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, creating a positive and comfortable environment during each visit. Her ability to communicate complex medical information in a way that parents can easily understand is truly commendable. She's got a great sense of humor and always puts a smile on our face. What sets Dr. VT apart is her unwavering commitment to the well-being of children. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every concern is addressed thoroughly, taking the time to listen attentively to both parents and little ones. Her dedication to preventive care is evident through her proactive approach, providing valuable guidance on nutrition, development milestones, and overall wellness. You don't see this often anymore in the medical world driven by an insurance cost model. Oftentimes, doctors are so overloaded with patients they are forced to rush you in and out.
