Dr Cucchetti is great and i wish he had polite and nice staff. He himself would earn 5 stars however the staff I would rate a 1 star. They always act like they're mad to be at work and it's inconvenient for you to come in for an appointment or call. It's very odd to me and they're also incredibly unhelpful when you're sitting in a waiting room for 30 minutes and ask when you're finally going to see the doctor. Most people in medical care are not so cold and rude. Do not recommend if you like good customer service and it's unfortunate since Cucchetti seems like a good doctor! Danica truly is the epitome of a bad staff member so stay away from her. She is very unhelpful and will treat you like you're lying when you speak to her after your surgery and you tell her you have pain. It was only 12 hours after surgery and her attitude when she called me was appalling. My shoulder surgery went well (I think) but no one told me there would be 4 weeks of not being able to move my arm or do normal activities so do make sure to ask every question! I've had lots of surgeries and this one was the hardest to heal from! read more

Brad did an awesome job on my shoulder. Had to get 4 tendons repaired and now feels like it did preinjury. Highly recommend. You can really tell he cares about your wellbeing before / during / and after surgery. read more

I am SO thankful I found Dr. Cucchetti when I did - I don't think things could've gone any smoother. I had a long history of knee problems stemming from one injury in my childhood and had been putting surgery off for years. After a particularly traumatic dislocation, I was able to book an appointment for the next morning and got a surgery scheduled only a few weeks later. The whole team is super empathetic, down-to-earth, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. Danica is an actual godsend and went above and beyond to make sure my meds were covered by my insurance, even going so far as to check in on me after hours! Also, Dr. Cucchetti has a great bedside manner and is an absolute master at closing wounds and leaving barely-there scars. And though my recovery is still ongoing, I am so, so appreciative of everything this team has done for me. read more

Based on all the reviews, I thought clearly I would be in great hands with this doctor and proceeded with scheduling my surgery with him. Yes, he is pleasant; however, this ended up being the worst of any surgeries I have had, from a healing standpoint. Healing alone was horrible and then they waited too long to take the stitches out and now I have two non-dissolvable stitches still in my hand which swell periodically and is painful to the touch -- apparently I am allergic to these stitches. Advised doctor about this to no avail -- As they were attempting to pull the stitches out, and due to the fact that they waited too long, it ended up my skin had grown to the stitch....you would think they would have numbed this for me, but no mention whatsoever of numbing. It was so painful while they were trying to get them out, that I was in tears. The two that are left in there they were not able to get out. I will NOT go back to this doctor - worst experience ever. read more

I am very pleased with Dr. Cucchetti's approach to helping me with recovery from a very severe IT Band injury from running. I was able to get an appointment with him within 5 days of my initial call. He reassured me and understood my goals for recovery. He is personable and explains injury, recovery, and treatment options. He is conservative in his approach, which I appreciate. After an exam and review of my X-ray, Dr. Cucchetti performed an injection of Kenalog (corticosteroid) to the facia at the base of the IT band. He prescribed stretching exercises. The injection has been very helpful and I am working out with a trainer to strengthen and have even been running short distances pain free. I will return for follow up this month. Dr. Cucchetti let me know that he understands runners and their love for their sport. He assured me that he will get me back to my usual weekly distance, but has insisted that I bring in my running shoes at the next visit, and will send me to a physical therapist that he trusts if I need more rehab. He is the only doctor in his office. You don't feel like you are in a clinic "mill". I was seen close to my appointment time. His staff was uniformly excellent. Thank you to Dr. Cucchetti. Had a great experience with Dr. C and all of his staff today. I tried to get into the Ortho practice that I had been a patient of for years on Wednesday. They told me that the next available opening with my physician was on Monday! I explained to the person on the phone that I was in severe pain and was experiencing bad swelling. Asked if I could see another physician in the practice, to which she replied "no." So they lost a patient in me. This morning (Thursday) I called Dr. C's office and explained my symptoms. Despite, not being an existing patient and not having an appointment, the person on the phone said to come on in and they would see me! I was very relieved and happy. Sure enough I was seen by Dr. C and his staff. They exemplified great concern and professionalism. I needed an MRI, which they scheduled, and I returned in the afternoon for the MRI results. I wish all medical practices in the valley treated patients with the same respect, care, and concern as Dr. Cucchetti and his staff. read more

I was playing golf in Sedona at the end of June, and by the end of the round, I couldn't put any weight on my right knee. We live in Surprise, and upon our return home I was able to get an appointment at a local orthopedic practice. The PA there suggested a cortisone shot to "see if the pain would go away." I wanted to know what was wrong before randomly treating my knee, so he ordered an MRI. A week later, he told me I had a tear that required surgery...the scheduler told me I could be scheduled in August (!). We had a lot of plans for the summer and fall, so I did an internet search, and was impressed by the reviews of Dr. Cucchetti. I called on Friday, July 13, and got an appointment for Monday. He said surgery was my best option, and said he thought I"d be ready for my planned cruise if we scheduled it soon. I had the partial menisectomy on July 20, and was diligent in my rehab. I am really pleased with the results, and am almost back to my activities--tho pickleball will have to wait a bit longer. Dr. Cucchetti was very patient with a very anxious patient. His staff was great. Also very impressed with the Biltmore Surgical Center as well. All in all a great experience, tho one I'd rather have avoided! read more

This is an incompetent and unprofessional medical office with absolutely shameless staff that I would give zero stars to if possible. I was inundated with emails and text "reminders" for 3 days leading up to my appointment and the day of the appointment. However, when I arrived for my appointment I was told that Dr. Cucchetti's staff canceled it because "he doesn't see patients for ankle or foot injuries." The staff claimed that they left a voice message telling me that it had been cancelled--this is not true. I never received a voice message, nor a text or email, but I did receive constant reminders to show-up (as I said above). The staff was inconsiderate and disrespectful of my time and offered no explanation or apology for what they did. In fact, the strange woman trying to explain what was clearly their error seemed to take an arrogant tone when I asked why I kept receiving "reminder" messages even after they canceled my appointment. read more

Great doctor, not one who will try to get you to do surgery even if it's not necessary. The one caveat i would say is not to follow their recommendation for imaging services. SimonMed is terrible, find somewhere else to get X-rays and MRIs and stuff. read more
