We have tried this out before. Long wait of course but what really bothered me was how the manager Ivan if that is really his name, handle a delivery situation. They got my call back number incorrect. Then they lied telling me that the deliver driver knocked on my door when I have a gated fence. And even if he did try to come thru the fence my dogs would of alerted me of the driver. Many many lies to cover a simple delivery. I asked if they would be able to re deliver my order because of the miscommunication which I believe was in their end. And they dismissed me making me feel like it was all my fault. Poor costumer service. I really enjoy their pizza but I can't support companies with bad employees. No matter what you don't argue with the costumer. I would of even picked up if you didn't want to deliver. Just decided to go with dominoes. More expensive but you can't beat their costumer service. read more

We only order there occasionally and the order are usually incorrect. There was only one time they get it right and I had to go down and order it and pick it up. Once I picked it up they gave regular coke instead of the diet I had requested. To add more a few weeks ago we a ordered a pizza delivered and everything was wrong we sent it back. Friendly personnel & a good selection of pizza's. Like most chain restaurants they offer decent discounts. My wife & have used them several times. We live right off of East Lake Blvd & a they still have difficulties in finding our house at times. Speedys pizza was pretty good. My daughter had some at school and had mentioned she liked it, so we gave it a try. I like how the crust wasn't some huge loaf of bread under some sauce. You can actually taste the toppings and sauce. The prices were good too! read more

I was regretting ordering from this place on a Friday, the line was really long and wait was about 30 minutes. I even asked another customer if the pizza was even good. Got the pizza home, the kids loved it. And takeout is really inexpensive. I think a large is about $5-$6. read more

I leave four stars not because the pizza is great or because the service was bad. I leave four stars because of the experience. My wife and I order pizza from here quite often and it has become a sort of game to see how wrong our order will be when we pick it up. I almost always order my pizza from Speedy's at this location. The pizza is pretty good for the price and have never had a problem with their delivery. However, when I ordered a pizza and wings last Saturday ( paid for over the phone with CC )it was never delivered. Before placing the order I double checked their closing time. Saturday's they close at 11 pm. So, i placed my order at 9:30pm and the cashier said it would take 1 hour 15 min. The pizza never arrived. My husband called the Next day to speak to someone they stated a manager would call him back to address the issue. Needless to say no call back occurred. My husband had to call back on Monday and the manager on duty apologized stated he wasn't aware of the situation and refunded the money to our CC. Moral to the story think twice before ordering delivery so late in the evening from Speedy's. You're better off picking it up if you order late read more
