Half the time, when they repeat back what you ordered it is completely wrong. Even when using combos by their numbers. I have had to turn off my vehicle so they can hear better, and there is still a 50/50 chance they will understand what anyone orders. When finally get to the window, the staff confirming you order still don't have the right info or it's someone else's order. Food prep is slow resulting in lengthy wait times before you get to the window or have to wait in front for a while for them to bring out food that isn't even hot. Quality control and system maintenance at this location is practically non-existent. But hey, it's Northeast El Paso, why would any franchise invest in customer service.

Like it's so hard to even right this review, because the food is literally junk, but it's soooooo good. Nothing will satisfy a craving or hit the spot like Taco Bell will. He was a younger kid that was very quick to take my card and when handing it back and had a second made sure to ask about my day/kind small talk. All I ordered was a peanut butter pie snickers blizzard WITH Oreos that I recommend to everyone and anyone. This is a life changing experience. I enjoy snickers normally but they aren't my go to. Something about them in ice cream mixed with the Oreos has a nice hard but soft crunch, then the vanilla peanut butter ice cream.... it's taking everything in me to not go again today. My last review wouldn't have been so kind. I ordered nachos as I've been on a weird nacho kick lately. $7-8 is a bit excessive but whatever, I ordered anyways.
