I am writing to recommend the Tullahoma branch of Caliber Collision for their superior quality…read morework, thorough knowledge of the industry and their top-notch customer service. I write this with sincere thanks and gratitude to the entire team there on Lakeway Place in Tullahoma after my recent interaction with them. I'll start with Tiffany, who is most often the first point of contact on the telephone, and upon arrival, one sees she is totally in charge of the front desk area. When I called Caliber, Tiffany spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me and walked me through the process of auto body repair and how it should unfold. I'm appreciative of the education. When I dropped the car off and checked it in with Tiffany, the first thing that came to my attention was the condition of the office. It is very clean with plenty of seating for any waiting clients, and indeed Tiffany greeted me warmly by name and greeted a client courteously, who arrived just after I did, to acknowledge his presence. She did so without missing a beat in the conversation she and I were having. That said to me their attention to a clean and well-organized office and Tiffany's professionalism indicate the company's concentrated devotion to the best customer experience. It only got better from there. Tiffany answered patiently and in detail all of the questions I had regarding the paperwork that required my signature and initials. You folks can call me a nerd, but I read contracts closely in order to reduce the likelihood of legal surprises later on. That approach has served me very well. In this regard, Tiffany's knowledge is pretty extensive. Caliber Collision alleviated another one of my headaches. They have a relationship with Enterprise car rental. That saved me the effort of a search for a car rental while my car was being repaired. Enterprise picked me up from Lakeway Place right after I signed Tiffany's paperwork, and it was a short ride over to sign Enterprise's contract, choose a rental and drive back home. I couldn't have asked for an easier process. Tiffany telephoned me once a week to keep me informed of the repair progress. Wow, that was a pleasant surprise! In just under two weeks (most of that time was waiting for a part to come in), I received a call from the site manager Shona - on a Saturday morning (they're closed on weekends) - that the car was finished, and I could pick it up that morning. Shona began by saying, "I happen to be in the office by chance. If you would like the car back now, feel free to come by and pick it up. Otherwise, we can hold it for you until Monday morning." That was going far above and beyond good customer service! So, I'll put it this way. If Fate knocks upon your door, I endorse Caliber Collision of Tullahoma emphatically! They're amazing!

The staff was very informative about every step of the repair process. Walk-ins are welcomed. Some…read morepeople prefer small hometown businesses, and that's wonderful, but regardless of the big chain Caliber is, it was small hometown faces you were dealing with.

I took my truck in on October 6 and was finally completed December 14. I don't believe they start…read morethe work on your vehicle until they are ready. No matter what day they tell you to drop it off. Most of the work they had to do was preparing, sanding, removing a couple of dents and paint. In fairness, they probably had to open up the driver side door in order to hammer out a dent. But still, I find it difficult to understand how it took so long. Don't try and email or text because they have a hard time replying. The estimator is there for you at the beginning during the estimate process but then disappears. They are nice folks in person but don't have the respect for you after they get the job to keep you up to date. Very frustrating when they can't even respond to communication (text, emails or calls). When I picked my truck up the lady at the desk gave me my paperwork and said I would be contacted a few times for reviews from the corporate office. And then went on to say, "we hope or strive for 10's but we know we won't get all 10's from you". REALLY?! Why would a business say such a thing?! . I'm going back to have them explain why there's a new dent on the driver side bumper, rear bumper not square yo the truck and why my rear step near the tailgate won't come down. Btw, I never received those calls for a review.

They had my car a month for very minor repairs. Their communicate with me was me calling them. They…read morewere worse than unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I had the same experience as Marica G. on 06/03/2021. When I went to get my car my keys were thrown at me by the woman at the front desk. Also when I did my first review which only stated facts someone took it down. You decide if you want to take your car there but read ALL the reviews first.
