Car had'nt been here before, I just moved here from out of town. Per owners manual, recommended service is every 5k, which was followed. I was then shown chunky oil from a dirty bottle ( maybe Gatorade) which was proof I needed a motor flush? Again, service my car regularly, no way that was from a 5000 mile service interval. A tech underneath had already started to drain my oil, then I was told name brand oil was not available.... Just a house brand? When I stated my disbelief, the service tech told me it was best that I never come back. In disbelief.... I asked for the manager, as she was the assistant manager.... all he could talk about was that I called his employee a liar? Simply because I wasn't ready to purchase an " up sell". He tried to show video footage, but again..... all it showed was a dirty bottle? When I asked for the owners contact info, I was told to leave.... then asked for the corporate contact, and was told I'd need to look it up. All of this was because I wanted the oil changed in my daughter's car.... This is the EXACT reason I take it in for her..... I wanted to support local business, but sadly I won't be back, I'll find service for my 4 vehicles elsewhere. Terrible service, rude employees, worst experience ever.
