Fabulous oil change station in Bozeman MT. Heading through Yellowstone Park on our epic road trip our change oil indicator came on. We were happy to find this gem open on a Sunday. There is a nice waiting area with toys for the kids. A spacious and well kept bathroom. Clean cut and kind staff with nice manners. No boy garage talk here which is much appreciated. Time for standard service is about 15 mins per car. We changed our air filter as well as a burnt running light and had oil changed for about 80$. Of course this could be different depending on your vehicle but this is an awesome deal compared to Vegas. The kind older gentleman even told us about a nearby playground for the kids. Should we need an oil change again on the road, we'd come here. :) read more

I recently had an issue with a different oil change place and my car was leaking oil. I took it to speedy lube to figure out what was going on. I was able to get in immediately and they let me know what the issue was. They not only addressed the issue, but they also cleaned up the oil that was spilled during my previous oil change (at a different place). Definitely would recommend! read more

For me, this is the best oil change spot in Bozeman. They are quick, friendly, professional and informative. They are willing to accommodate as best they can, even when busy. I was there today and before I went there I called to see if they could fit in a tire rotation too. They said they were pretty busy so most likely not. However, once I got there and they did the oil change they said they could squeeze me in and did the rotation. I have never had a bad experience here. I would recommend Speedy Lube any day. Sure you may pay a few bucks more then those "Shop O Rama" type oil change places, but you get local, friendly, quick service. In and out quick and done. Its well worth it. Good work guys! read more

The best service I've had in oil change of 180,000 miles driven in nine western States and only one of two in all states that stocked Castrol 5/20 in addition to checking and replenishing low level fluids beyond oil change they spray washed my exterior, fully vacuumed and cleaned the interior then organized scattered papers lying on the floor board on the passagers side, neatly placed into order in the seat. WOW I'm impressed, huh so impressed I forgot to hand them the $5 discount coupon I had clipped from the newspaper and had I even remembered it? I wouldn't even have considered it, Job well done. read more

Stopped by to get an oil change on our 2005 Chevy Colorado. They filled it with 6 quarts when the manual states it only holds 5 quarts. We took it back, the problem was fixed however we were not accommodated for the mistake. Over filling oil can cause major damage on any car. This should have been closely monitored and we should have been accommodated for their mistake. Will not be going back. read more

I had an oil leak at 3 pm on a Sunday and these guys waited for me to get there (they close at 3 on Sundays) and then fixed the leak for me with smiles on their faces. They were so kind, and never acted like I was a pain. Good guys. read more

I am so livid! The day after my oil change, I went outside and noticed a large stain on my driveway. I thought that maybe they had overfilled something and it was spilling over. The stain kept getting larger. I went into Speedy Lube today to see if they would check it out. It wasn't even busy today. I waited and watched several cars that got there after me go through. I also watched some guy pull his truck up looking for his buddy (He must have been the manager or the owner.) I watched one of the crew come out and work on his truck while mine sat in the bay unattended. At that point I had been there over an hour. No one seemed to be working on or around my vehicle and I was super frustrated. A lady came in and asked how long it would be for an oil change and they looked outside and said, "not long about 25 minutes." I caught someone's attention, and said that I needed to get back to work. He asked which car was mine. He came back and said he would take a look at for me and asked if I knew where it was leaking from. No one had even looked at it! I told him no but that I needed to get back to work and that I had watched several cars leave that were there after me. He went back out and about 15 minutes later he came back and said that if I had 20 more minutes he could take some kind of plate off to see where it was leaking, but that they checked all their stuff and none of that was leaking. The funny thing is that my son was able to look under my vehicle and see exactly where it was leaking from by sticking his head under and looking up in the front of the vehicle. He didn't have to take anything off. I told them I had to get back to work and they said it was probably leaking from my rear axle and all the stuff they worked on wasn't leaking. Another guy said that "new oil cleans, that is just what happens". I shook my head no, and said that you don't go in for an oil change with no leaks and come out leaking a ton of oil and say that is what happens. I've had oil changes and this has never happened. He kept insisting that this is the way it is. I'm so mad that I wish I could give negative stars! To think I gave them a good rating when I had it done. Clearly not speedy and who knows how much money and time it will take me to fix what they did to my vehicle. Unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Totally different crew and totally unacceptable. read more

Just came in to get my oil changed, and I didn't have a ton of time, but I figured it was okay because it was called "Speedy" Lube. I got out and looked around for someone to check in with, but didn't see anyone, so I went inside. I saw a gentleman coming toward my car and I ran out to meet him. He "greeted me" with an attitude-laced "Can't do anything with a locked car!" and a frown. I'll spare the rest, but suffice it to say, I was next in line behind a car that looked like it might be finished soon. I gave him my info and agreed to the oil change and went inside to wait. About 5 minutes later, I noticed my car had been MOVED, to another line, with THREE cars ahead of me, and two new cars had moved into MY spot! What in the crap is that about? So I went out to my car, took the little clipboard thing off my visor, and went to return it to the office. The man intercepted me and told me that these gentlemen were before me (who I noted came in after me, incidentally). If I can't trust a person to tell me the truth about when I got here, how can I trust him with my car? I wanted to like this place. I really did. I'm sorry to say the service sucked. read more

I decided to go back to them before a big road trip just to get everything looked at again and they got me in right away, added some things here and there and didn't even want to charge me for it.
