He told me I could get a snake inexpensive at an auto part store to completely clear the drains and showed me where the drains are. He said he could do it for $100, but he wanted to save me $100 so he educated me so I could do it myself. He only charged me for the windshield. Not only was my life put at risk multiple times by the manager of the flat glass division. I made a complaint to HR about the managers Drug use and Racism. In the 2 weeks I worked there the manager used the Hard N word multiple times a day. He believed ALL BLACK people were TOADS. . And on multiple occasions, he stopped at his house to use drugs in front of me. After using drugs, he would speed in neighborhoods. Going over seventy five miles an hour in the thirty five mile zone. On the day where I didn't have to work with him. He called multiple times cussing me out. Because hey job didn't go through that. I had no part of. It was at this point I finished my workday. I went home and I wrote a letter to the companies HR. I explained everything that happened in the two weeks I was there. They told me they were sorry and that they would get back to me immediately. As most corporations do when they got back to me, they told me, I had quit. And I would have to reapply, if I wanted to keep working for them. The manager was later fired. Because everything I said was deemed correct. There are multiple other glass companies in the area that don't charge half as much as they do. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.
