My GF's daughter's car had a broken windshield so I reached into my car-guy network and was told "these are the guys". This was a Subaru with EyeSite and those windshields are tricky. They assured us that they could do the job and - since they're mobile - came out to the house to do the deed. Fast and friendly service! An issue developed a couple of days later - they were very apologetic and said it might take tools at the main shop to resolve. We drove over before work and they took care of it immediately. No issues since! Very highly recommended!! I'll be back if glass repair is needed!! read more

Great service. I took my 1993 Dakota in to have the felt runs and beltline wipes replaced. I had already failed to do the job myself and almost ruined the seals when I dropped it off to them with the doors in pieces on a Sunday. I picked it up today and everything was perfect; the runs and wipes looked great and the windows rolled (manual) up and down with ease after decades of hard cranking on the handle. The inside was clean and smelled good. The cost was the same as the quote. I couldn't be more pleased! read more

My friend dropped his car off Sunday then went to pick it up later that day. The owner said someone will come to the shop but he needs the payment first. My friend said that he wants to see his truck first before paying, understandably so. I personally would never pay for service before ensuring that service was provided. The owner in a snappy attitude responded "See you tomorrow at 8 then. We had people drive off without paying." First of all don't passively insinuate my friend will do that, comparing him to some trash people you've encountered in past. The only trash here was your attitude. Second, you guys had his key fob that costs twice the price to replace. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like a POS. read more

I called mobil auto glass the day I found out someone smashed my driver side window out....I was very dearest and did not have vandalism on my insurance, Luise answered and assured me he could replace it first thing next morning at a very reasonable rate, I was so stressed as I am on fixed income and in hardship,i went in and a lovely young lady cared for me, tv,coffee, friendly response,as it was a bad experience having been violated at my home destroying my vehicle window.I also lost my wallet in the mist of the whole expense and I called to hope it was there ..the last place I was.... the young lady ran out where my car was and found it. The honesty and professional care was a A -plus. I recommend this place of business for anyone in need of glass repairs..thank you for making my problem solved. read more

Great auto service with friendly staff. The problem was diagnosed fast, and the repair was done without delays. Highly recommend this place.

Within 2 months, our 2022 Bronco had both front seat door windows bust (one from homeless, one spontaneous--yes, it happens). Both times Mobile Auto Glass came to our house THE NEXT DAY and replaced in a short amount of time. Technician was polite, punctual, and professional. You won't be disappointed! read more

So easy! My parents windshield had a large crack and I didn't want them driving until it was fixed. I called Mobile Auto Glass on a Friday and they got back to me quickly with a Saturday mobile appt for a very reasonable price. They arrived in time, switched out the windshield, and were so friendly and courteous. I will definitely call them next time!! read more

Our windshield was cracked on a long trip so when we got back to Portland they came to our daughter's house and replaced it for us. We called on Friday and they were able to get to us the next day. Very professional, friendly and quick service at a very affordable price. Highly recommend them. Thank you Marcus! read more

Woke up to three of our cars windows smashed, I called before they opened and was able to have someone at my house by 9. The work was done quick and efficient . I hope to never have to use them again, but if I do I will definitely be using the again . read more

This is the second time I have reviewed this business, and this time things were amazing. The price was half of what I was quoted at a well known chain location in Portland. They were able to get me in right away. Then did a minor repair to the rubber molding at the bottom of the window, they vacuumed part of the interior, and they we efficient and very friendly. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this business and if ever I have a need for auto glass repair again, I will go here without checking any other location. read more

Fast, affordable, professional, and comes to you. Workers were very nice and hardworking despite the hot weather. My only complaint is that they didn't update me on the time they were coming. I can tell they work hard, though, so they were likely just backed up. It would be best if they reach out to say this though. read more

I absolutely cannot recommend Mobile Auto Glass repair enough, when my car was broken into they got me back on the road within the same day! I've recommended two other friends to them and both had great experiences as well. No issues with my repaired window ever since, and pricing wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Everyone I worked with was super friendly which is always nice during such a stressful time. Highly recommend! read more

Highly recommend. Better prices than what I was quoted other places, I got my windows replaced fast once they got here.

I was on a short weekend trip to Portland, staying in a Downtown hotel and as I always do, parked on the street. I woke up on Sunday morning to a busted out rear window. There was nothing to take in the car so just a real annoyance and frustration, not to mention the money lost! Called Mobile Auto Glass and they were able to get us in that afternoon. As frustrating as it was to have my window busted, the positive experience I had with the professional work and phenomenal customer service actually had me smiling all day. I HIGHLY recommend them and I'm so appreciative of Marcus and his entire team for turning a bad situation into a great rest of my day. read more

These folks are great. They have replaced two smashed windows. Both were done quickly with nice service and good quality. The phone operator helped me navigate my insurance claim as well. Top notch! read more

I cannot say enough great things about Mobile Auto Glass! Came in on a Saturday after an unfortunate Smash and grab accident on our truck. They were able to get me in same day to repair our two windows, and were even able to add the window tint we needed. They had wonderful customer service, and finished the entire job in under 2 hours. By the time we were done with lunch, our car was fixed and we were able to enjoy the rest of our Saturday. I was extremely grateful for their services! read more

Got hit by an unlucky rock this morning that cracked the windshield. As soon as I got here, they saw my car immediately and were quick to begin a seal repair (assuring if they could seal it rather than replace it, that's their goal). The staff were friendly and kind. I definitely recommend for windshield repairs! read more

Best glass company.....ever. Traveling through Portland and had a passenger window get jacked over night. Called on a Saturday am and super cool approach, had the window in stock drove over and totally forgot my window was tinted. No problem, window was tinted and installed in a couple of hours, super reasonable and crazy nice!!! This shop killed it! Wish we had that service up in Washington! read more

Marcus and the team were extremely accommodating. They fixed my glass in just a couple of hours. I found them trough another business. And Marcus was quick to help I'm so thankful to have found him! I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

Wes who made the appointment and removed the window and replaced it was terrific. What a polite, nice guy. He removed the back window door piece of my Jeep that had been popped out of the rubber seal. The glass was intact. They kept it overnight. Wes gave me an estimate on the phone: $95- $150. When I returned he said the paperwork was missing, but we went out and put the back window back on the hinges. He is a great guy! Then he had to call his boss for the price. $175. More than the top of the phone estimate. I don't mind paying people for their work. I did assist Wes in removing and replacing the window, he mentioned that it took 3 people to get he glass back inside the rubber seal. Did it take 15 minutes? ($212 an hour) 30 minutes? ($116 an hour) I won't recommend this place nor will I ever be back. I should have just gone to my own mechanic to get the glass back into the surrounding rubber. I thought an auto glass place would be best as they are experienced and it would be quick and easy. Although Wes was great, I left feeling angry and taken advantage of. read more

Yesterday my Truck was broken into over by Grand Ave. I looked all over the pdx area for replacement glass before the winter storm hit and they had it in stock and ready to install next morning. They said 9am appointment but got there early (8:15am) and were very professional, diligent and friendly. I had no issues with them being early, was glad to see them. Quick service time( maybe 30 minutes) Quality work and they were out before the appointment time had even "started". They even spent time getting the loose glass that was hard to get!! I'd say hands down this is the place to go for all the glass replacement needs! If I ever have the unfortunate situation occur again they will be my 1 and only call! read more

Our car was broken into and the passenger window was smashed. We were on a road trip and planning to leave that afternoon. I called several places and each one said they wouldn't be able to fit me in until next week. When I got to Mobile Auto Glass, the person who answered was friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. They were able to find our window replacement and get us in right away! They were very professional, kind and fast. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because after we left there was still glass in the area where the window rolls up and it scratched the tint. We were able to vacuum it out ourselves, but it was a bit of a bummer. Overall, we were so grateful and impressed. read more

Called a few places around and they were the only ones who gave a competitive price, that could come out same day, and came to you to fix the glass for the same price of bringing it to the shop. (Depending on where you were) Dorian came out and super nice and professional gentleman, he did the job very fast and vacuumed all the broken glass for us. If my glass were to ever break again, I'm calling these guys forsure. read more

They had me back on the road with a super clean windshield within 3 hrs. Speedy and nice!

Hands down 5 stars! If you have insurance to help with your payment, leaving you to only pay the deductible, they do that here and it was effortless. I just called my insurance company, filed my windshield claim, provided Mobile Auto Glass's info and that was the last I heard about it. I called another shop and they were booked out for 9 days but they serially referred me to these guys after I explained my time constraints. That just blew my mind. These guys came to our place and literally had our windshield swapped out in an hour! Convenience at its finest. They even offer same day service upon availability! And the best part you ask? It was the same price if not cheaper than any place you would take it to, leaving you either stuck sitting in their waiting room while they swapped it out or worst dealing with rides to/from. Great warranty and very friendly service tech and customer service rep. Definitely recommend them to anyone who has a windshield or window that needs replacing. read more

Amazing service! Was reasonably priced and came within a few hours. Made my day a whole lot better.

Woke up to my driver side window smashed in on my car. Called Mobile Auto Glass in the morning and my window was fixed by the afternoon and MUCH cheaper than I had anticipated. When I called originally they offered to come pick up the car if I couldn't safely get it there myself, which was a huge relief with all the broken glass. The lobby isn't anything fancy but the person I communicated with on the phone and at the shop was very professional and helpful. Hopefully I won't have another brake in but if I need work done on my car in the future I will definitely be coming back to Mobile Auto Glass. read more

We were traveling from out of state and our car was broken in to on Saturday night. These guys opened up on Sunday AM, had the side window in stock, or were able to get it within an hour, and had us back on the road in no time. Very friendly; good price; good work; highly recommended. read more

Not a good option if you want to use your insurance policy. I have a low glass deductible and my insurance lets me chose my service provider as long as they agree to their price metrics/guaranty of workmanship, so when my car window was broken out I read reviews on yelp and thought the this place would be great to work. The guy I spoke to was very nice in looking for stock to replace my window, but it got weird once insurance was brought up. He initially said that they work with all insurance carriers, but when I said that my insurance would just need him to give them a call so they could authorize him to perform the work he started trying to convince me to not use my insurance and to pay him out of pocket. I tried to explain to him that I had a low deductible and the price he was quoting was 3x that amount, at which point he tried to tell me he could beat insurance deductibles. I told him what my deductible was, and he said that he would have to give me a call back. Surprise, I never heard from him again and chose to go elsewhere. I was disappointed to not be able to have the same positive experience that many other reviewers had, and wish that he had been straight forward from the outset that he does not in fact work with insurance companies. And, if at the end of the call he had concluded he didn't want to work with me, there was no need to leave me hanging by saying he would call me back. read more

The true measure of a service company is how they handle problems. Typical Portland fashion my rear quarter glass was broken and car burglarized. It was a fairly rare piece of glass. The glass they originally found wasn't quite right. I called them and told them the problem. They said they would take care of it and they did. I didn't have to bug them or chase them down. When the correct glass came in two weeks later they called me and came right out to put in the new correct glass. Top notch service company! read more
