These folks showed up at my location, were ready to go, and did a fantastic job on my Subaru. Great service. After the pain of discovering the break-in and stress of dealing with insurance, they were a breath of fresh air! read more

Alpha Auto Glass - This is a tricky window, as it has an embedded antennae. They came with the right replacement and knew how to plug it in. - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me

I had a terrible experience with this company. I called to get a quote on a windshield seal leak for my '16 Outback. They quoted me $120 for labor if they could repair it without removing the windshield, and $250 if they needed to remove it. They asked if the windshield had been replaced, but I bought the car used so I wasn't sure. They said factory glass is less likely to break during removal. The address associated with the business on Yelp is only 4 blocks from my house. After they took my info, I confirmed the drop-off time, which is when they said they would come to me. I said I didn't mind bringing it to the shop because it was so close. They said they recently relocated and asked which address I saw on the site. I told them the cross streets and they confirmed it was the correct address. So the next day, I bring my car in, only to be met with confusion by the business owners. They said they contract with Alpha for auto glass work, but are not associated with them otherwise, and were not notified about my appt. I explained the situation and they took my keys. A few hours later I get a call from Alpha saying my leak is fixed and the car is ready to be picked up. I asked what I owed them. He said $220. I had a meeting I needed to attend to in that moment, so I said I would call him back. After my meeting, I reached back out and asked if they needed to remove the windshield. He said no. So I reiterated the quote I received from his associate the day before, and suddenly the price was now $120. I walked to the shop to retrieve my car, payed the business owner, and got in my car to leave. I examined the area that needed repair, and the corresponding leak, only to find it was still leaking and the windshield seal stripping was still pulled away from the windshield. I went back in and told the business owners what I discovered. They immediately refunded my payment and I showed them the leak just to verify my claim. They were very kind and apologetic, and ensured they would cease contracting with Alpha immediately. So now I'm in limbo, with mold growing in my car, after three weeks away from home, and returning to discover the issue. Nothing is resolved and I'm feeling very discouraged. In short, I do not trust or recommend this company. Not only did they not do the repair, they tried to charge me for labor that they didn't do. Hard pass. Alpha Auto Glass - Windshield seal after the "repair." - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me

These guys are incredible! I called on a Saturday and they were at my house on Monday replacing the windshield. I called multiple places for quotes and they were the most reasonable. They were also the soonest available to get it fixed. Total time from start to end of install was about 30 minutes and I was given a lifetime warranty! What is there not to like!? read more

Was so lucky to find Alpha Auto Glass! They were the only company that could even find a new windshield for my 30 year old vehicle. Clear communication, quick scheduling, friendly service and in my own driveway!! I can't say enough about this business. My car looks like new and I am even hiring them for another job next week - and I'm very picky. read more

I got lucky when I found out Alpha Auto Glass had a replacement back window for my mom's 23 YO Subaru. Subaru wasn't making them anymore and I was panicking when Safelite canceled my appointment earlier because even they couldn't find one. The price was reasonable and they even came out the next day. I am super satisfied because the glass is on and sealed and I didn't have to end up at a Pick a Part yard. There was an extra charge for sealant not originally quoted but shouldn't it have been included with quote? Service was quick. read more

Alpha Glass's quote and response time were similar to all others. But One beat them all, both on price and lead time, and the job was finished before I received their response. Timing and response are average, several others came in late as well. I hope it was because they had the scheduled full. I'm sure they would have done a good job with many of the good reviews they have. They simply came in too late and too high. I won't plug the company that beat all the rest for this job. But they did a very good job with the install and it only took them about 20 minutes to complete in my parking spot. read more

A rock smacked my windshield causing three large and spreading cracks. No way was this repairable. A replacement was the only choice. My insurance deductible was greater than the cost of replacement. Alpha was the most responsive of the other auto glass companies I contacted. They also ended up being the best price too. Unlike the others, Alpha was somehow able to get a replacement windshield in less than a day. They also ended up replacing my windshield the next morning. Benny was on time and did a great job. I'm a very happy customer here. Thanks Alpha, keep up the great work! read more

I really needed my car to be fixed before the weekend was over because I needed to go to work Monday and they were very very busy but they were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment for a great price!!! I mean better than anyone I talked to very quick and efficient service I wish I could've given a bigger tip!! They even vacuumed the whole car well all the glass not just around the seal ! read more

Alpha Auto Glass - Just 30 minutes ago my window was completely shattered now it's nice and new - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me

Vo's Auto broke my windshield during a routine windshield wiper change and used Alpha Auto Glass. Was a nightmare experience. An inexperienced worker was sent to Vo's who used the wrong size seal. My windshield shook the whole way home. Vo's Auto refused to pay to have a new windshield replacement. I had a leaking windshield all winter with foggy condensation. Owner had offered to replace but after several incidences of showing up late after being told I needed him to communicate if he was going to be late, I decided to wait until I can pay to have my windshield replaced properly. read more

These guys were able to get my windshield replaced quicker than most other auto glass companies in the area and at a reasonable price. I did end up paying a little more than expected for molding that needed to be replaced but I do have a 15 year old Scion tC and I have had glass companies tell me before that it needs special molding so either he was telling me the truth or that's It would've been better to know this up front but it wasn't that much extra and the tech did a great job and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure this was done right. read more

Fast communication with a quote, great price, was able to book an appointment for my preferred date, here early and done in 20 minutes. Communication prior was seamless, highly recommended. read more

Texted at 5:30am and got a response in 10min flat! Scheduled the repair that day as they were able to get my window. Seamless and professional. Price quoted was the price I paid. Thank you for your stellar service, I will recommend you for all window replacements in the future. read more

One of our car windows was smashed on Friday afternoon, and we were driving to California on Sat. Tried calling a half dozen places before Alpha with no luck on either having the window for our vehicle or availability to do the repair. These guys came through, getting the glass and coming over first thing Sat morning to do the replacement. Job done by 8:45...thank you!!! read more

Excellent service by technician. Friendly, prompt correspondence. Lowest quote I found. Literally half the price of the first company I contacted. New Mercedes windshield looks great. read more

Very fast service and very affordable prices compared to other glass shops! Came within a day and had the lowest price I could find

Company advertised and charged NEW OEM glass, company came out and installed a used scratched tinted window. They kept claiming they would install it but never did. They removed the used window and refunded after a week of flaking out on installing the new one. Would not recommend these guys. read more

Needed a windshield replacement for my Kia Optima. Most places were quoting me almost $400. They came out to my house (brought their own rain tent) and replaced my windshield for $249! One of the windshield wipers was broken in the process and they replaced those for free and gave me a lifetime warranty on both. I highly recommend this company! I will also add that most places I called didn't have my glass in stock and they came out the next day and replaced it! read more

Alpha Auto Glass did a great job in installing a rear window for my Hyundai Elentra GT. They were here in a day and it only took them 30 minutes to install. Very pleased with the cost and how quickly they were able to get here to get it fixed. They also cleaned up all of the glass that shattered into the car, a mess that they didn't create. read more

I had a crack in the corner of my windshield. Ended up calling around frantically to see who could replace the windshield. I came across Alpha Auto Glass, and their service was exceptional! The charges were reasonable, the time it took to replace the windshield didn't take very long. On top of that they travel to you! It's been about a year since I've had my windshield replaced, and this review was way over due. Highly recommend! read more

Alpha Auto Glass was great to work with. They had the best pricing and they were prompt with scheduling. Once the work began, they were quick and ensured everything was clean afterwards. They did great work. The first windshield they went to pick up had a big scratch and they informed me right away there would be a delay. Rather a delay then bad experience! They came out to the house and did a great job. Would recommend again! read more

Our windshield took a hit from a rock, and the crack was large enough that the entire thing needed to be replaced. The local auto body shop was unresponsive and our insurance was being fickle. Enter Anderson from Alpha Auto Glass. He was responsive and fully informed on what would be best for our vehicle (2021 Honda Odyssey). He patiently waited along with us for the correct part to arrive, only to realize it was not the right part (dealer's fault, not his). He sent his crew out. They laid out everything to check before they began their work. Thankfully, they identified that it was the wrong windshield before they began their work. So we waited again, and the installation went beautifully the second time. He or his crew will come to you, so you can wait in the comfort of your home while repairs are done. He completed the work for less than what the local dealer quoted us, and about a month later, everything is working great! read more
