Quick and great service staff is amazing I got in said what I needed and they got right to it

Took my car to get a heater core replace on 7/1/25, they repaired the heater core. Then when we left they said to watch the head gasket cause the oil looked milky, there was nothing wrong with the car before i took it for the heater core. We knew it was the heating core because there was coolant inside my car on the passenger floor. When we called back to ask what they did after we got it back someone hung up on my bf twice before. So they stated on the phone that they took off the intake gasket and they didnt need to do that to take off the heater core. Then hang up. I just called again today and stated that I wanted a detailed receipt, (which they knew exactly who and what car that I had done with out saying) then he starts describing what they did I stated I wanted it on a detailed receipt! He said that I have the receipt which I do yes, and its noted that they didn't do what they were supposed to. So now its at another shop with milky oil because they didn't do their part. So DO NOT GO HERE! Also they let people answer the phone that can't speak English!! If I could give no stars I would!!! Also he again hung up on me when I called and stated he was gonna call the police I told him go ahead. He is the one that's a scammer!! there's also a couple of Reviews that stated he over heated their cars. read more

Be careful coming to Matilda's dad and his team PLEASE I went to get a simple oil change and my car was over heating soon after I went back they tried to charge 75 additional dollars just to look at it ! Then failed to mention I needed coolant which somehow wasn't included in the oil change service. read more

I've been here a few times and every time I'd rate them 5 stars every time. They're fast, friendly and efficient. And they don't overcharge. Which is very hard to find Mike is the owner and one time when my throttle body needed replacement he even apologized for it taking a long time...and it was only at the shop for 2 days. They're very professional and the staff is always friendly and respectful. I'd recommend this shop for all needs, small and great! read more

The person who I assume is the manager displays passive-agressive behavior. I had my windows up moreso because I was cold and not as a COVID protective measure. He told me that I could roll my windows up (the word please was not used at all) but keep them down a little so they wouldn't have to yell. I could hear them fine. My radio was off. He then went on to question me on whether or not I had the "shot". When I said yes, he then questioned me on why I wear 2 masks. That is not his job. Nor is it necessary for me to explain to anyone my personal choices. My husband and I have been going to this place nearly 10 years. Needless to say, we are looking for another shop for our oil changes. read more

Place is a joke they tell you you need all this work done to your car and when you tell them no they keep insisting and to top it all off they didn't even change my oil filter. And they change my air filter and there was nothing wrong with it, it was only a month old it was just a test for them. And they failed. read more

I would like to give this place a better rating. My 1st time here was a bit iffy. They told me they would not do a trans fluid change because of a "ticking noise" coming from the trans . They proceeded to tell me that it was a common issues with my car . Turns out the "ticking noise" was a muffler leak. Helpful hint: Don't let anyone add fluids to your vehicle that your not sure of. These guys did an awesome job.. Going to get an oil change by myself, I always feel vulnerable. . Like someone is always trying to get me to buy shit that I don't need.. But to my surprise the staff here was completely opposite!! They were super friendly, and never made me feel like my car needed things that I have never even heard of!! Very convenient!! ***SCAM***HORRIBLE!!!! BLEW UP MY ENGINE*** Went there for a Oil Change and Radiator cap. started smoking from the engine when we left called and Kyle came to meet us at 2 locations to see what was going on with it. Took it right back and replaced the antifreeze reservoir. Next thing ya know driving less then 10 miles I call husband he said bring car home he looks and said that they blew up our engine! Nothing wrong with car when pulled in to get oil change not engine is blown?? Got it towed back and owner will not talk to me. When I asked for his name Kyle was only able to give me his first name MIKE (owner) and would not get on the phone and speak with me, said that they would do the work but not pay for it!! This is the only place I take my family's vehicles to for oil changes. I have been doing business with Mike since he opened over 10 years ago. I moved further away from the shop but still go out of my way to go there. I have also had my vehicles serviced there numerous times. stay away from these crooks and liars, mike the mechanic and the other guy with the goatee ripped me off of hundreds of dollars, they will lie right to your face and tell you a diffrent problem so they ca make more money off you. if you dont know nothing about cars do not let these people work on your cars, the bbb has many complaints about them ,stay away and go somewhere else. read more
