It started roughly a year ago when I bought my wife's latest car. It had a shimmy at anything over 65 MPH. We'd had the tires balanced at four times by a tire store. Still the shimmy continued. I took it to 9mile & 94 mobile and the REAL problem was solved within a few hours. One of the tires was out of round. The charge for finding this problem $20.00! The tire in question was close to needing replacement anyway, so we got a new set, and now... It drives like a dream, Literally! When I bought the car it was a bit sluggish. I chalked it up to a small 4 cylinder. This was my first time using them, I was referred to them by a friend. Turns out two of the four coil packs were bad, the other two were questionable. When they showed me the old parts, there was no doubt. (I am pretty mechanically inclined and have rebuilt more than a few cars in my younger days). The repair price, roughly $450. Well worth it! (coil packs aren't cheap) The increase in power was very noticeably better. The car in question is a 2008 Saturn Astra. There aren't too many around. I am taking a newly acquired car for an inspection to them soon. I have the utmost confidence that I will be treated with the same honesty and fairness as my last visits!

Before that they said it was an electrical issue, a coolant leak, and ignition coil. When they claimed to say that was the problem I paid them to fix it and I had to tow it back to them the very next day because my car wouldn't crank, that's when they said it was my head gasket and I needed a new engine. My car still doesn't work. It broke down on me the very same day they claimed to fix it and put the new engine in. I have paid them almost $5000 and my car is still not running.
