I am NOT the type of person to go out of my way to leave negative reviews about companies, let alone on multiple platforms, but my experience with SpeedX has been so unbelievably frustrating that I feel obligated to warn other customers! I ordered Halloween costumes from SHEIN on October 10, specifically to give myself PLENTY of time to receive everything before Halloween. It's now October 28, Halloween is THREE DAYS AWAY, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE! SpeedX has supposedly attempted delivery THREE TIMES (October 22, 25, and 27), yet repeatedly marks my package as "undeliverable" due to a missing apartment number. Here's the ridiculous part: MY FULL ADDRESS AND APARTMENT NUMBER ARE CORRECT! Their own virtual assistant even confirmed the correct address! I've been HOME for the past 10 DAYS, and NOT ONCE has a driver called, emailed, or attempted to contact me for directions. I've sent multiple emails, made numerous phone calls, and provided detailed instructions explaining exactly how to locate my apartment. Their automated phone system repeatedly disconnects my calls, and their virtual assistant couldn't even update my delivery instructions! Instead of resolving the issue, they keep sending my package back to their processing facility. I don't drive, and the facility is too far away for me to retrieve it myself. To make matters worse, SHEIN informed me that I may have to wait until NOVEMBER 3 to request a refund if my package still hasn't arrived. NOVEMBER 3?! HALLOWEEN WILL ALREADY BE OVER! What am I supposed to do with Halloween costumes AFTER Halloween?! I ordered these items IN ADVANCE specifically to avoid this exact situation, only to end up dealing with an absolute delivery nightmare anyway! The most upsetting part isn't even the delay anymore. It's the COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION, accountability, and meaningful assistance. I've done everything possible on my end, yet nobody seems capable of resolving a simple delivery issue. I shouldn't have to spend DAYS chasing down a company, contacting customer service, and practically begging to receive something I've already paid for! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, if you're ordering anything for a holiday, birthday, wedding, vacation, or important occasion, AVOID SPEEDX whenever possible! I genuinely would not want anyone else to experience this level of stress and disappointment. This has completely ruined my confidence in their delivery service. I rarely write reviews like this, but customers deserve to know what they could potentially experience. ZERO communication. ZERO accountability. REPEATED failed deliveries. NO meaningful resolution. STILL NO PACKAGE! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! read more

1 STAR -- ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE SpeedX has to be one of the WORST delivery services I have ever dealt with. My package has been sitting undelivered for DAYS, and they continue attempting delivery despite CLEAR instructions to simply leave the package at my door. This is not DoorDash or Uber Eats. You do NOT need to wait for me, call me, hand the package directly to me, or require some ridiculous code just to leave a package at the door. I specifically gave instructions not to wait for me or contact me, yet somehow they cannot follow the simplest delivery instructions. What makes it even worse is that there is basically NO way to actually get in contact with a real person. Email support takes DAYS to respond, which is completely useless when you're dealing with a package that is actively being delayed. At this point, I'm apparently going to have to stand outside and wait for the delivery driver just to make sure my package actually gets delivered. That is absolutely ridiculous. And this isn't even the first problem I've had with SpeedX. I've had packages marked as "delivered" that were nowhere to be found. How is this acceptable? Customers should not have to chase down their own packages, wait outside for hours, or worry about whether something marked "delivered" actually exists. DO BETTER. The entire delivery process needs serious improvement because this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

SpeedX and GOFO is the two mosty horrible dekivery service i have ever had to deal with!!!!!! They have delivered a few packages directly to my hand, but out of the 25-30 packages they was supposed to deliver, i have only actually received 4. Most of them was marked undeliverable with no explination as to why, and the other times they would deliver the package to the wrong address and actually post proof of delivery pics not one time ha the pics been my address. In one of the packages where they uploaded pics of my package sitting right next to a sign with the address clearly posted on it and it wasnt even my address! Even though i have tried to block both couriers but Shein and Amazon have both continued to send packages through them!!! Today i was sitting here waiting on the packages that has said out for delivery for 2 days and then i get a notification saying the package was undeliverable because no-one was home to sign for it! For one nothing was ever said about the packages needing to be signed for and 2. I have cameras they didnt ll up here! So they just aint doing there jobs! My point is avoid speedx and GOFO at all costs! The only reason i gave them the one star is because yelp wont let me submitt this review without giving them a star. They need a negative star button because i would give the a -1000 stars! read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience with SpeedX. Not only was my delivery experience unprofessional, but the conduct of the delivery driver was completely unacceptable. The driver, Kurtis Davis, sent me text messages containing offensive and abusive language, including calling me a "bitch" and a "hoe." He also left a voicemail using the same insulting language. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior from someone representing a delivery company. No customer should ever be subjected to harassment, verbal abuse, or intimidation while simply trying to receive a package. This level of unprofessionalism reflects very poorly on the company, and I sincerely hope SpeedX takes complaints like this seriously and investigates the behavior of its drivers. Has anyone else had a similar experience with SpeedX? I would be interested to know whether this is an isolated incident or part of a larger pattern. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. read more

if I could give them a -1,000,000 I would I've had $82 worth of merchandise stolen from this company and I do say stolen like everybody else said they always scan it saying that it was delivered but I never got any other items they'll say there's three or four packages on the porch they'll take pictures of the actual house but not the address and it's always delivered at night time and I do mean between 10 and two in the morningthere's one and they'll take the rest and yet these companies still them. They don't have to give your especially Temu and Sheen what time the sky was in my driveway I didn't even know he was a he was on the phone and when he saw me come out the door he finally came up on the porch and gave me my package. This is some kind of and and Pop Scam they're running advertising company and nobody's doing anything about it. I'm at the point anybody who does with this company I won't order from them. read more

I sell on Vinted, and I had eight packages that were being shipped through SpeedX and SpeedX didn't come for the packages for three weeks. Vinted canceled my orders because on their end it looked like I hadn't dropped off the packages within a week -which is their limit- so Vinted refunded my buyers and took away my pending compensation. The problem is after surrendering the packages to the drop off point, legally, I could not take the packages back, so I had to wait for SpeedX to pick them up. They finally picked them up, but they told Vinted that my packages were not scanned in, so Vinted still will not compensate me for these eight packages in transit. I have since turned off SpeedX as a shipping option on my Vinted page. I'm staying in contact with the buyers to see if their packages actually arrive. SpeedX is incredibly unreliable and if I could give them zero stars, I would. read more

I wouldn't even give this delivery company one star. I came home a few minutes ago and found my package sitting in the middle of my driveway in the hot sun, with the temperature at 91°. What makes this even more frustrating is that there was shade just a few steps away where the package could have easily been placed. Even better, my front porch was only a few steps farther and was also completely shaded and would have provided much more protection. I honestly don't understand the lack of consideration. It would have taken only a few extra seconds to place the package somewhere safe and out of the direct heat. I will be contacting the company to make them aware of this experience and strongly suggesting that they consider using a different delivery service. This kind of treatment shows a complete lack of care or consideration for their customers and their packages. read more

Dropped off a package at a drop spot on a Monday. Came back 8 days later to drop off another and noticed package WAS STILL THERE and had not been delivered. There were other packages also still awaiting delivery as i remembered the pink envelope under mine from when i was there last week. And found out the drop-off place gets 50cents per package they "kept safe". Now I just use regular post office as costs nearly half and gets there in 3~5 days instead of sitting at a store for almost 2 weeks. And they are not even secured and "kept safe"! Sitting on a shelf with multiple access points to any employee that wants to "play" with them or if in the way. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE if you want secure safe delivery without worry. Gave it a 1-star as you're not allowed a zero-star rate. read more

My package was left on the floor in front of the mailboxes of my apartment and NOT where it was supposed to have been left. (There's signage around my complex with instructions to deliver ALL packages to the Package Room) When I reached out to their customer service for resolution, I kept getting the same generic response which was (verbatim): " Hi {{contact.name}}, Thank you for your patience. We are sorry to hear that you have not received your package. After conducting a thorough review, we have confirmed that the package, SPX#####, was delivered to the correct location. For further assistance, we recommend discussing your options directly with the merchant, [Merchant Name], and submitting a claim for resolution. Thank you for your understanding. Speedx" read more

This is a horrible company. They lie to you to make it look like they are hleping. I had a attemped delivery and i was home and saw them pass my house and go across the street to my neighbors house. They passed my house twice and never brought my package. I have been here 25 years and never had this lousy of service. I had to text to get help then they got mad and quit talking to me. They said my package was delivered but could not show me the picture of it being at my house. So they then changed their mind and said oh no it has not been shipped to you yet. I told them i had screenshots of what they told me and they quit talking to me all together. Horrible customer service and lousy service. Do not use this company read more

Completely disgusted with this delivery service! I ordered a personalized music box from Etsy for my mom as a Mother's Day gift. It was delivered today, and I have video of the girl throwing my package across the porch, then when it didn't land upright, she kicked it. My music box is broken. There is no customer service representative to speak to, and the only option to report a problem is with a chat box. I did state my gift was broken, and the only automated response received from the chat box is that it was delivered and no action needed at this time. Are you kidding me??? I am going to find a platform to post this video. Totally unacceptable!!!! read more

speedy x hires people xwho do not do their job and apparently do not speak or understand or speak Englush language. Horrible delivery service. I have now had two packages delivered to the wrong address with proof of pictures that house numbers don't even match up to the label on the package. I've contacted customer service and they keep telling me "After thorough inspection, we have delivered your package to the right house. Contact merchant" No one is willing to help or take blame. My house number is 25 and in the picture is says #37. And the other delivery was house #92. Clearly they have incompetent delivery drivers as well as customer service reps. I wish there was a way to change carriers when I want my deliveries to actually come to my house! read more

We had a young lady try to deliver a package to us that was not ours. The address was not even ours! I told her she was at the wrong address (In central Texas, USA) but she apprently did not understand or speak english. She left. Next day it was sitting on our porch. I verified the address on Google maps - I have no idea why the person couldn't do the same thing. I tried to get the package delivered to the person who ordered it but could not get the Chat Bot to help. No phone number for the business - big warning flag. It is obviously a sham of a business. The tracking # on the package was SPXSAT010832606300000898 read more

They over promise and never deliver. It started on the 10th, stating they were going to deliver that day, but the company tracking showed it two states away. Then, they started texting daily, sometimes twice, to say they were delivering that day (one text was sent at 10:52 P.M.), but the package never arrived. One day, they complained that they didn't have my correct apartment number. I don't live in an apartment. After 8 days of this, I cancelled the order and will never work with a company who uses SpeedX. They really should change their name, as there is nothing speedy about them. read more

The tracking information is useless. One day I will get an out for delivery notice and the next day it shows in an entirely different City then the next back at the processing facility. I waited on hold for 20 minutes. It said I was caller 48, I waited until it said I was caller 1 in the que, then all of a sudden it tells me the que is full and hangs up on me. When I try to call back all day it says que is full and hangs up. When I try to contact the seller they will not respond either. It is ridiculous read more

Your website not only claims that my packages were delivered but that they were signed for BY ME! NO ONE SIGNED FOR ANYTHING This is blatant lie Taking a picture in our hallway is not proof of delivery If they dropped it in a public hallway someone probably just stole it! And creating a false signature is a HUGE CRIME Your website is a scam as I can not lodge complaint on it directly I will file complaint with Aliexpress and get a full refund for your FRAUD read more
