This location is directly on Monument Circle with two ATMs at the entrance and three tellers inside. It's on the small and outdated side with drop ceilings and dark lighting. With its location on the Circle, parking can be trickier certain times of day. The staff has been friendly during my two experiences over the last month. I imagine this location would be much more convenient if you already work downtown and could walk over.

Apparently, Forum got the message on the lack of customer service there, because it is now a full service branch, complete with Forum's stellar customer service reps. It helps that the branch is very nicely laid out too. Now, I find this branch convenient when I am downtown for other events and have already parked. Why? Because it is in a nice central location: Monument Circle! And ironically, the last time I went here. it was just to use the ATM. HA!

Update on the March 6th posting: After receiving the incorrect 1099 from PNC (they had included…read morethe original check amount that was voided when they issued it incorrectly as well as the corrected amount - basically resulting in a doubling of the amount on the 1099-R) we went to the local PNC branch and showed them the error. After waiting 2 hours in the lobby, and another 1 hour on the phone with the IRA "specialist" they finally admitted a mistake had been made by them. They said that the corrected 1099-R was input that day and that we would receive a copy of the corrected 1099-R within 8 business days via mail and that the 1096 form that is sent to the IRS to update the IRS records would be electronically sent that day. After waiting 15 days to receive the corrected 1099-R (and having the Federal and State tax filing rejected because it did not match IRS records), we again went back to the bank and spent another hour and a half waiting for an answer. We were then advised that " the 1099-R was mailed today" and that the 1096 form would be sent to the IRS "shortly". In other words, they misrepresented what they promised to do weeks earlier and failed to act on what was promised. So until PNC corrects their slew of errors and broken promises that was of their own creation, the required IRS filing can't be done. A complaint has been filed with the Indiana entity that oversees banks in the state as this is negligent, HIGHLY unprofessional and completely unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANY PURPOSE. YOU WILL SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS INEPT ORGANIZATION!

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue.
