I come to this Speedway everyday sometimes twice a day for coffee and other things. I know the manager that wears the cowboy boots and she is awesome along with every other employee I have encountered. That was until today. There newest employee who's like 60 and has long white hair was rude as hell. I asked for a carton of cigarettes b cause they had a sale. Buy 2 get $2 off. So yeah I want 10. I ask can u ring me up individually cuz the carton doesn't do the deal. She tells me no and I'm like OK then if u can't open the carton I'll buy 10 individual please. She huffs and goes to the back to ask someone and then comes out smiling like yeah no we can't it's to busy. It was dead me and 1 guy looking at candy in my whole store. So I said okay well I'll take 6 packs then please. She slams the carton down and aggressively turns around to grab my 6 packs ​​and huffs and gives me a dirty look the whole time checking out. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at a gas station and one I used to enjoy coming to as the employees are what makes a establishment. Your employees are the. Face of your company and if you don't hire correctly you will lose alot of service. She should be fired for her rude and disrespectful disgusted noises and faces she made alone minus the ultimate disrespect to not want to sell someone the product they are supposed to sell. All she had to say was I'm sorry we can't open the cartons for that but I can ring you up som packs behind me instead if that's okay? Or no I'm sorry we can't unfortunately.. I went there today to get gas pumps. Wasn't working. Could not get a receipt from them. Pumps went in to get a receipt. Lined was six. Seven people line wasn't moving so I walked around and asked the lady if I could get a receipt for my gas and she rolled her eyes and said if you get in line and wait your turn I'll give you a receipt. I told her I said I'll never buy my gas here again. My money will spend anywhere. This is a typical Speedway Convenience Store. I love to stop at Speedways to get my points. The Speedway Café is not my favorite food source but I use it more than I care too just to get the extra bonus points from time to time. The staff is okay here, just wish they were a little cheaper. I try to stop as much as possible to see how many points I can accumulate in the year 2019. read more

January 6th approximately 8:15p.m. ish i arrived at the macCorkle ave, "speedway " store for PowerBall tickets and a diet Pepsi , I was given the best service by an elderly gentleman ,his patience was impeccably kind....towards me, as I forgot to tell him I wanted the power plays on all three sets of my random numbers he listened and promptly went back to the machine to correct the error....employees like him is what will keep me returning to this establishment, he deserves a raise, he made me as a negro woman comfortable ....the younger male worker however didn't, instead he focused on my "STARBUCKS!" coffee cup, in an attempt to bring negative attention to "when did we get Starbuck cups?!" He went on to ignore me as he continued to chat with the well dressed caucasian gentlemen and made merry about the lottery tickets, and it's powerplay! Was a Sheetz customer until this Speedway location opened up its new "Speedway Cafe" same concept self ordering touch screen kiosks. A more limited variety of food compared to Sheetz but way better in taste and much cheaper than Sheetz! Not only that Speedways fountain drinks are $.69 cents compared to Sheetz $1.69. Much more friendlier staff as well, I'm always greeted with enthusiasm and an occasional "have a blessed day." Great food at a great price mixed with great customer service is a sure winning combo, it keeps me coming back. read more

I love this gas station! The employees are so welcoming, I've been coming here since 711 closed and they make me feel just like the employees of 711 did. I love their selection of snacks and drinks, and their prices of certain things compared to other gas stations seem much lower! read more

I am in this station most every morning before work and the coffee is always fresh and ready, the store is clean (if the girl is working), but with 3 cents off every gallon with a speedway card and plus all the perks that come along with their card. I wish other stations had their setup, like their coffee club, points for buying things and you can purchase gas or merchandise cards with these points. read more
