This place has a similar concept of Subway with more options and better execution. They also have pitas, wraps, sandwiches, fattoush, hummus, and more. Their food is better than subway and so is their prices and service. Very nice women and men working there and customer service and quality food is their strong point. For this Pilot Travel center in Michigan, the restrooms were not the cleanest. I did appreciate that they were open, though. Many times gas station restrooms are not open which can be a problem when on a roadtrip. As for the rest of the store, it was mostly clean. Bought some snacks for the road. Prices were fair. Service was decent. Overall, it was a good pit stop on our way to Kentucky.

They didn't mind me hanging out here for a while, and the bathroom was fine. They sold pretty good bottled water. The employees were complaining loudly about something, while sitting outside the gas station smoking, but then I don't hold that against them at all. I'm glad this place was here especially considering the similarly priced gas station at Pilot across the street was out of order.

They have pretty cheap gas prices although sometimes it's cheaper across the street. The convenience store is overpriced as usual but sometimes they have some good deals on spring water or whatever.
