Stay far away from this company for employment. They hire you, send you too bensenville everybody there sets you up to fail. Between the drama from Annette and Shannon or asking for help from Christian and being told, "your a independent female, do it yourself.". Then after they start a bunch of rumors like immature high school kids. They send you to Desplaines location where rhe manager is never there and the employees including assistant managers straight out tell you, " we are not helping train you , if we do we all get transfered and we don't want to transfer.. There are some employees that's are incredibly rude and are always in their phone. It seems as though they take their frustrations out on the amount of people in line by going slower. Quite frankly those problem ones are the reason the score is so low. I would put no stars because of how utterly rude and condescending this person was. Whoever was cashier on 07/17/2023 around 5 pm , was extremely rude . Not even just to me , i heard her giving attitude to everyone , she also doesn't reply to "hi how are you" its just a straight face until you ask what you want . She needs to be fired or work nightshift because she is not good with people , if you see this and that was you working , if your having a bad day don't take it out on your customers . Purchase a gas card January 3rd put $30 on it was told there's zero balance called Speedway they checked the card and told me zero balance a lot of cards were bad 30 days later still no replacement I got ripped off $30 buyer beware read more

Cashier was rude when i asked why my pump was not working.She basically called me a liar and said i had asked for regular gas when i did no such thing.I went inside asked for 20 on pump 3. I never said i wanted regular as i ALWAYS put premium in my tank,She then claimed other customers had heard me say i wanted regular which was a lie.She then stormed out to the pump and attempted to get the premium to work.then she just jammed the nozzle into my tank flipped the autofill latch and hit it with low octane regular.she then said "We are finished" and stomped back into the store.Wow! Avoid this place at all cost. read more

What a mess! Every time I go in to this place there is a line and I end up waiting about 5 mins to get a pack of cigarettes. I don't blame this on the employees though, b/c they are tasked with doing the impossible and needless to say the customer has to endure the burden of waiting for this poor soul to do lotto and handle everything that goes wrong with the place Who ever is running this place shouldn't have their job. It's a serious joke. Every thing from the air machine to the credit card machine is completely a mess. The machines that are suppose to handle your Credit Card payments suck! It never takes the chip then you have to slide the card which requires your pin number but the stupid machines won't let me enter my full number so I have to start over again and process the payment as a credit card! WTF? It's such a pain in the ass b/c dropping in and grabbing something from the store turns out to a annoying nightmare! The place is a Sh*t Show. It truly is. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired and sent off to live on "Dumb Ass Island" for the rest of their lives, not to mention who ever is getting rich off this place. Hire some more people. I like to read the reviews of others before I write mine. This place is cool - The staff are outstanding and I have yet to experience any better in this type of business. Yeah there's a wait at a lot of the times. It's not really the staff's fault - it's the clueless customers doing their weekly shopping or lotto addicts trying to figure out which scratch off they will waste money on this time. I can honestly say the staff makes sure that everyone is treated with equal attention. They know your name and in my case mostly what I buy EVERYDAY! There is a insane woman who works nights and she is completely without apology insane - but she has been there forever and is like a rain man as she moves around the store. She has the people skills of a mass murderer on sleeping medication. But, hey Im sure her family loves her or her collection of cats... Neither would surprise me nor would I be surprised if I saw her on the news after police finding several bodies in her freezer... There is a collection of misfits that hang out there at night. a bus driver, a tow truck guy and some lady who sits in her car and waits for the donut delivery. They are all harmless and kind of interesting if you happen to take the time to talk to them. It's really a very nice place to do business at for a gas station. The staff makes it this way. They have a great team and they all do their very best to make your day better. read more

There is often a line at this location, but it's one of the closest locations to my house so I keep coming back. Most often all of the pumps work and the service inside is nothing to complain about as they are as friendly as can be. read more

Just your typical Speedway. It's convenient to my house and on my way to work, so I usually stop in to get gas, coffee, etc. In the mornings this station is usually packed and there is sometime a line for the gas pumps. One thing about this location that I question is that it is usually the more expensive of the other Speedway gas stations in the area for gas. The staff here are really nice and friendly, and I truly feel welcome here. Get a Speedway Rewards card if you stop in; you can get some really good rewards and free stuff! read more

Warning to anyone using your credit card at the pumps I have had my credit card compromised on two different occasions after using it at this station. A word of caution do not use your card at the pump go inside and pay at the register. Fair prices, friendly staff, and fairly clean as far as gas stations go. Was passing through and it was a very efficient stop.

Came regularly for years, I live and went to school very close to here, had no problems. Some guy billy started working , accused me and my friends of being drug dealers with no proof or reason. Could've searched us and found nothing. Told us to "get the f*** out" the next time he was working and we came in to make a purchase. Thanks speedway.
