I decided to spoil my Vehicle and Pumped Super Unleaded into my car !!!! It was pretty Pricey as that is the Premium Fuel Blend offered by Chevron!!! I filled up my tank and grabbed my Receipt off the Pump!!! The Station was also easy to leave from. For All These Reasons!!! This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!!! I dispatched BMW Roadside service for a tow, and as I was waiting for a tow truck arrival, a female clerk walked out to my distressed vehicle and informed me to leave. She then stated if I don't leave within five minutes she will call the Walnut Creek Police. I informed her that my vehicle is inoperable and I am awaiting a tow truck arrival and the time of arrival is out of my hands. She repeatedly stated that she would call the Walnut Creek Police as she's only giving me twenty minutes more. My response was: " Call the police!" I have three receipts showing that I am a customer who made multiple store purchases. I then asked her: " what if you were stranded with an inoperable car, or better yet, what if your mother, father or other loved one were stranded, would you be ok if the situation were reversed?" She was an East African female who then walked away! I am in total disbelief that she would even make such a threat to me, especially since I am a Black American male stranded here in Walnut Creek, California as it's approaching 7:15pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Suggestions: please have compassion and understanding for a customer whose vehicle is inoperable.

It could have a better store at the store is not that great. It's too small. They do have a smog station there too. I highly recommend it because it's very easy to go there and then hit kaiser or Whole Foods or Paris baguette or any place that you want. It's all on the same side the street.

Good guy. I've come across many workers and they're usually pretty abrupt and don't take the time to explain like Michael did. It took a while and without his help I'm sure the couple and myself included would've just walked away. A big thank you to Michael for all your help!

The last time we came our car was still soapy. They gave us a free wash code and then every time we came to redeem it they were closed for maintenance. I have the app so it also tells me when it's down and when it's back up. It went back up yesterday and our code had since expired. No prob, we bought another wash. It seemed promising. Then the blower did not turn on at all. The cars ahead of us it turned on for. Definitely don't get their monthly wash club thing considering how frequently it's down. But I just wouldn't go there in general anymore because all they offered us was a small towel to dry our suv. We would go because it's close to our house, and we always prefer touch-less car washes. I don't come thru this area very often, but I needed gas so I stopped here on a Thursday night around 10pm. It's still a rather small gas station. But they arranged the pumps so it's easier to get in and out. They replaced the cashier booth with a well stocked Circle K Food Mart. I went inside and the cashier was very nice and helpful. Looks like the Circle K offers the usual snacks and drinks, but also beer, coffee and Krispy Krunchy Chicken (KKC). Tip: If your Krispy Krunchy Chicken is too salty, try putting hot sauce on it. The chicken and fries smelled and looked good. I filled up my gas tank and paid at the pump but had to go inside the mini mart for a receipt since none was dispensed at the pump. After waiting for what seemed like forever I was finally given one by the female cashier. There were a few staff working but only one helped customers - an unfriendly lady worked the register, a man leaned against the wall on the same side of the counter as the cashier, and a third guy stood around the customer area. Could one of them refill the receipts at the pump? Lol. There were no greetings or salutations for customers.
