Staff is friendly and for the most part very efficient. Everything is always fresh because they turn the stock frequently. If you go early, it's not too bad. I will note that I always park by the Staples and walk over because if you park by the store entrance or even over by the pizza place, it can be gridlock because of the small parking lot and so many cars.
