A few months ago, I brought my iPhone 6 here to fix a slightly cracked screen. Was charged $125, no big deal. When I picked it up an hour later, he told me the phone was bent and I should bring it in and they'll fix it for $200. Fast forward to Saturday...I dropped my phone on the concrete and the screen, LCD, headphone jack, etc was destroyed. I couldn't even see the display. I brought it to a UbreakiFix and before they took it to fix it, I said my iPhone is bent as well so if the screen isn't fitting right, that's why. They looked at and said "that's fine well bend it back, iPhone 6 are easy to bend back to shape." They fixed everything for $187 and in 20 min. Went there today to get an iPhone 5S screen repaired. It took about and hour for them to repair it. The guys there were great and showed me how dents in the back (unrelated to the screen) could be a problem for my phone and suggested a case. It was really awesome that they cared about the other issues on my phone and let me know about it. Made appointment couple days ago for today at 10:30am (they open from 10am ) Arrived 15min earlier, waited there for on other 30min and left....store was still closed, no phone call was received, I called them couple times, just voice mail. I went in and spoke to Tim, the owner. I dropped off my iPad on a Friday. Today is Wednesday and I just got it back. I could not be more thrilled with the result. Not only is Tim a sweet, professional man, he is honest. He explained everything to me upfront and even explained possible unforeseen issues that could increase the cost of the repair (none of which I incurred). His expertise and knowledge were evident. My iPad looks brand new! On top of all that, as if that weren't enough, the prices are extremely affordable. I called around and most places were charging $200-$250 to repair my iPad. They were helpful from when I called and asked about my iphone 5 being cracked, even stating they would stay late to fix it. They were finished with my phone within an hour! Also, while waiting they talked to you. I need to bring in my Mac next to check out a possible virus. My daughter's iPhone 5s screen shattered on the garage floor, and after pricing around a few different places I checked to see if any of the local places were on Groupon. Lo and behold, SpeedTex had a Groupon for $59 for iPhone 5 glass/LCD repair (normally $129, which was around the range I was finding at most places). Groupon vouchers require an appointment, and they were able to squeeze us in today before they closed. The gentleman that was there was great - something you don't always find when you're in with a Groupon - checked out the phone, made some recommendations for cases and for a new tempered glass screen (no high pressure sale push to purchase there), and sent us on our way. Seriously, great service, knowledgeable people, and even without a Groupon, pretty sure this is where I'd go for any future needs. Took 3 attempts to fix my phone. My screen was cracked so i brougjt it to them to replace. The replacement svreen was defective which was fine but that meant i was still out of a phone. Had to wait 2 more days and finally was ready on a friday. After i picked up the phpne i had screen issues where the screen would blackout. Over the weekend it go worse until i finally decided to bring it back in. They were a little rude about the situation and i did not hear one apology for the inconvenience. read more

So I dropped my iphone and cracked my screen, I found this place and decided to give it a try. It was cheap with the groupon! But then of course they had to charge me for the "bent" case so that was another $50 which was way more than I anticipated. I got it back and it seemed fine but then I went on vacation and the screen wouldn't work sometimes which was annoying. I feel like I kinda pushed the screen back in (which I shouldn't have to do) and it went back to working good again. Week later, my home button stopped working and now two weeks later my top button doesn't work. My phone was completely fine before I brought it here!! Now I have to buy a whole new phone because it's completely useless. Don't know what happened. read more

Brought my son's iPhone which wasn't taking a charge, figuring I would have to drop it off and come back later when ready. I expected to pay approx $70 based in the quote I got. We arrived and he took it away and asked us to wait. After about 5 minutes, he came back with the phone and a small wad of lint that was jammed in the charging port. NO CHARGE! What great service!
