The first time was in August 2025. The second time in October 2025. Both times the response was " they will arrive in 6-8 weeks." After complaining on the non-live "Live Chat" 3-4-2026, I received an email today that I the product was no longer available. I have waited 6 months with RealTruck keeping my money to find out now that the product is no longer available. This is an absolutely unacceptable response after keeping my money for 6 months without reaching out to me to advise the product is unavailable. RealTruck also sends out a "review" email that DOES NOT ALLOW you to mark anything other that 5 stars. I would be wary of any 5 star reviews in regards to RealTruck.
