Unable to initiate "email us or chat links" I decided to call. Initial call was pretty straight…read moreforward, talked to a female who told me that she needed the serial number of the tool box in order to continue the request for a lock for it. When I asked she said to just ask for sales when I called back. I obtained the serial number and that is when the nightmare started. Multiple phone calls where I talked to different persons every time and got nowhere with most saying they would transfer to proper dept or unknowledgeable about product. Have been on hold for 48 min now. My review will fit in with the many other negative ones, but here again we have a business with management that really doesn't care about customers. Seems that this is the norm for USA these days.
